Knowledgeable staff, decently priced and good selection but if you try to collect on a warranty claim they give you every excuse they can not to honor it. My battery started failing less than a year after purchase so I took it in and was told it wasn't bad enough according to their tests even though half the systems in vehicle were not working properly and I was getting warnings about a battery failure. Even had independent testing done to confirm it was the battery and not my vehicle. Ended up buying a name brand one and haven't had an issue since.

Dealing with this company for year’s point of contact has mostly been Mike. The services has always been 100% I would recommend them to anyone for large industrial to private home applications. Personally I have done $1000’s of dollars’ worth of business, professionally I have done millions of work with them. Great company great attitude great people thanks for everything.

Very poor customer service, Derek, does not seem to enjoy his job. We are in the first phase of a four phase project and have experienced unreturned or blocked(out of office)emails when I just received an email, rude unfriendly attitude (should not get that vibe from a sales person). I asked for a quote for a small off-grid solar system and between myself and team we've been given a hard time to make a simple transaction. Would not recommend I will be looking elsewhere for a system.

The overall experience seems to be great.For some reason I don’t get more then a few years out of a battery but they do stand behind their warranty and are polite when you deal with them.As for the battery life, I’m not sure whether it’s the gravel roads I frequent but two years seems to be the max I get out of the Canada proof batteries regardless of season.

One of the best companies I've dealt with recently. Not only did they understand what I needed (Putting a 3K inverter in my work truck) but they had everything in stock from the cables to the yellow top to get it done. They were a one stop shop and saved me a ton of time. Very knowledgeable people, a great overall experience.

These batteries are complete garbage. Amp hour. Cca Ect are not even close. They are junk and your lucky to get 6 months out of them. Just like maxell
