I purchased a refurbished LifeCycle recumbent bike for rehab after an injury in 2021. LuLu's service was exceptional. She had arranged a time for me to try 3 recumbent bikes in October 2021.I have owned the exercise bike for over a year now and it is still a great cardio and rehab exercise tool.

Professional team with the best possible customer service.I was there to enquire about the gym equipment, and had a chance to meet Kevin, Michael & Lulu. I never went to any other place after. Kevin & Michael are very knowledgeable and humble guys. They gave me honest information about pros and cons of different gym equipment. Lulu was very prompt on getting back with the answers for any queries. I ended up getting 8 big equipment and some other misc. items. Kevin & Michael even went above the board to expedite delivery by taking similar equipment out from their ongoing showroom inventory. Truly a good experience! Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a good gym equipment.

Wonderful customer service and top notch gear.I am not a wholesale customer (just needed some small cardio gear) and was happily shown the gear that I was looking for.Definitely will return for more gear in the future depending on my needsBut they have a great selection from resistance bands to full on squat racks and fitness machines.

We are very pleased with the recumbent exercise cycle that we purchased from Harrison Fitness Equipment & Services in Burnaby, in late November 2021. It is a reconditioned PRECOR C8461, a commercial grade cycle, an excellent machine, used in gyms. We find that this sturdy solid recumbent cycle is helping us to exercise safely and regularly in the comfort of our home. We are seniors in our 70's, one of us has had double hip replacements and the other has respiratory issues and a pacemaker.The staff at Harrison were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind, as they found the cycle appropriate to our needs and life situation.Thank you Lulu for your friendly and supportive voice on the phone. Michael, we appreciate all that you did on our behalf get the cycle ready for our use and to deliver the PRECOR CYCLE to us at our home. You guys went above and beyond! I purchased a bunch of American Barbell bumper plates for my home gym. As others have mentioned, the customer service provided was top notch and they have a wide variety of equipment available. Michael was exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process and the company deserves all the praise they get.
