Five stars to this place! After my mom had her hair ruined by a hair salon in Toronto, I called Salon Funky Toque. They immediately accommodated my mom with the best service! Arianne and Maxime are masters of their craft! Highly Recommended hair salon in Montreal!!!

I was in Montreal for a weekend in May and found myself roaming along St. Laurent. I decided on a whim to finally get rid of all my COVID-grown dead straggly ends. The person at reception was honest in advising me as to who could cut my type of hair well.Ended up with a next-day appointment with Christine and she was fantastic and I felt very comfortable that she could cut my hair for me.Despite wanting nothing fancy, just a simple large trim, cut wet, all same length, this is amazingly difficult for many hairdressers to do properly. Christine did a great job and was kind and funny. Great experience and reasonable, fair price. She even took $ off the final price because I didn't want my hair blow dried. Definitely recommend her.

First time at this salon as I was in the area, and I'd gladly make the trip again for my next haircut. Daz was so understanding of what style I wanted and made really great recommendations. I am very happy with the final result. The salon itself is very clean and has a nice ambience. Had the best shampoo of my LIFE there.

Great experience, I had a few different ideas going in about what I’d like for a haircut but not sure how it would look, Daz took all my ideas and created a cut that looked great, been getting compliments all day for my hair, would definitely recommend Daz

Amazing. The owner is right in front with all her heart and happiness. My stylist;Daz, understood exactly what I wanted and was super kind and honnest. Very professional and yet so comfortable. Genuine. Great place, great peolple, great haircut. You walk out of there with a smile, great hair and the feeling that you should go more often.

Owner Lyette Bélanger is not ont an amazing stylist, she is also one of the best educator I have had in salon. Lyette is current , inspiring and creative. Her ease to communicate & to demonstrate techniques permits stylists to excel and stay motivated in their careers.Bru

Always such professional service, everytime I go. Due to covid, everyone wore masks and they had plexiglass at the front desk as well as between the chairs and washing stations. Disinfection was done routinely. Absolutely no complaints, thank you Laura for the colour and Christine for the cut & style ❤️

Super reasonable price for how much effort and care my stylist gentleman put into my simple haircut. Will be back!

I've been getting my hair cut here for over a decade by Jeff. He pays attention to detail, keeps up with current style trends, and always gives me a cut that looks great even if I don't put much effort into styling it, plus it grows out perfectly. Great ambiance and excellent, dedicated staff. It took me a long time to find a hair salon that I like, and I finally did. Only bad side is that now I can't really move... lol
