The consultant was very kind and went above and beyond helping me to find what I needed. They understood concern and offered a very friendly chat while processing documentation.

I went there last week, the lady was rude, she wasn’t nice at all. I would recommend checking other places.

The customer service was so bad that the whole time I kept wondering if the person working there is just rude or racist. I haven’t ever had such a rude customer service ever. Then on top of that she didn’t ask me if she had any confusion with my name and straight up just made mistakes in my name. You guys are charging almost double than what some other people charge for fingerprints. At least have some customer service skills and do your job right.

Super quick easy done in few minutes. Enterprising conversation with lawyer while you wait and done in no time. Very reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

THE SERVICE:The signature authentication process was new to us, especially when no clear guidance on required documents is provided on our Embassy website. We weren't told that photos of each applicant and birth certificate for newborns are required to complete the process for children. The Notary explained it thoroughly and we felt comfortable with his advice and procedure. This is to say that delays or service rejection/interruptions are due to lack of information. We also appreciated the little chat at the end about notarization processes and how they change across the world.THE COST:We have experienced other notaries services, and the service fee overall is not very different from what is practised around, but when you add the walk-in option, it is definitely a huge advantage when you don't want to plan things ahead. In other cities, the one must book an appointment and wait 1-2 weeks to get things done.OVERALL:Convenient service and great overall experience, I would highly recommend!

The lady working there is shockingly unprofessional for someone with a professional degree. She was very impatient. She was unable to complete the simple service we asked for because she said notaries are not allowed to do this, however we got it successfully notarized the following day somewhere else.

I was unable to schedule an appointment and I had to go two different times at130 Albert Street, Ottawa (Walk-in Location). Excellent service, easy to arrive there using public transportation. I recommend it!

The service is fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The downtown location is convenient, and there is a variety of services available. However, it has been observed by multiple reviewers that the staff does not pass objects/documents directly to customers' hands, instead opting to toss them on the table or desk. This behavior is seen as odd and somewhat rude. The motivation behind this habit is unclear. Addressing this issue may lead to improved customer satisfaction. Giving 4 stars for that.
