Linden Homestead Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I stayed here for seven nights. It was the perfect spot for us. We mainly used Linden Homestead as a home base for day trips around the island. At first we thought the 9am breakfast was too late but we found that we settled into a nice routine. The breakfasts were big, all homemade, and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the company of the owners as well as other guests. It was nice to share experiences about different attractions. We usually didn't eat again until dinner time. Carr's Oyster Bar and Sutherland's Restaurant are within easy walking distance and both worth a visit. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had air conditioning. The king size bed was very comfortable. The outstanding breakfast, pleasant company of the owners, and easy access to several area attractions means five out of five stars. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Linden Homestead for 3 nights while on an East coast road trip. By far, out of everywhere we stayed, this was our favourite. Drew and Fran, the hosts, were the most lovely people, always making sure we had what we needed in the one bedroom cottage we booked. The cottage itself was spacious, nicely renovated and the bed was very comfy. Also appreciated the large fridge because we are able to store all the fresh goodies we bought in PEI! Breakfasts every morning were our favourite - each day was a different 3 course meal and the quality of a nice restaurant. Best part was each day started with a different freshly made baked good, all very picture worthy and delicious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A true bed and breakfast experience in such a lovely place. Thank you Linden Homestead!

Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom cottage. Perfect for 2 couples, or family, with lots of common space. Nicely appointed bedrooms and spa level bathroom was perfect for our vacation. Would consider booking again for sure. Thanks to the amazing hosts.

One of the nicest accommodations we have ever had. The hosts are infinitely nice and help where they can. A 2-course menu is served every morning and it is delicious - and something new every day. The decor of the rooms is just beautiful! They know so much about the island and can give you great tips. We would come back anytime, it was a great stay! It was just perfect! :)

We spent 3 nights here, and it was great. My favorite part was the breakfasts, they were delicious. The owners bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They had some technical issues that caused them to have accidentally booked someone else into our room. We were wonderfully accommodated and upgraded to the cottages. We enede up staying in both over our stay there and they were both nicely decorated with beautifully renovated bathrooms. Breakfast was delightful each day and the company was fantastic. The owners are very sweet, we very much enjoyed talking with them! The location is also very convenient to Cavendish beach as well as all of the Anne of Green gables museums of the area. Very pretty location.

Stayed here for a weekend the cabins were very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The owners were awesome! Already planned my next trip back
