Had what we were looking for, but there wasn't enough staff to cater to the number of customers that were present. This caused a pretty long wait in order to simply just cash out. Lighting was also weirdly dim.

Absolutely amazing service! Went to Staples at South keys and had an amazing guy named Chris help me out, I was going there to get some contracts printed off and me being the non tech type, I was having difficulties, Chris came over to help me out, answered all my questions, took me step by step through the whole process, even stepped in to help print out my contracts. What would have taken me an hour, took less than 5 mins thanks to Chris! You are an amazing employee and have great customer service skills. Can't thank you enough for all the help!

Print centre staff are very good at what they do, and they are extremely patient even when it's busy.The staff helps you select the best solution for your printing needs and offer helpful suggestions. Even though it was busy they never made me feel rushed.The only issue was that my order wasn't ready on time the next day, but the final product was good.

Wanted to do some printing and lamination work!! Walked in the store yesterday and there was an an indian guy named somal or something he said it would be ready by next day! Showed up today it wasn’t ready. But there was a muslim girl in hijaab and she did it right away for me within minutes!! Wish the guy would do the same and save my trip. Even though the girl was busy but she understood my concerns and worked out with me!! Thanks staples for having staff behind the counter who not only stick to the rules but understands the situation which varies from a customer to customer!!

Do not try the printing self service there, the machines are old and won't work most of time. Also they are always short staffed and you will wait for long time before you find or get help.

Today (Christmas Eve morning!) I was assisted by the most amazing employee at Staples, South Keys. Her name is Joumana. The last time that I was at Staples to print pictures, it took over an hour for me to try to do it myself, as I’m not super tech-savvy and was unfamiliar with their system. But Joumana took the time to help me, and it took her only a few minutes! She was also incredibly personable and funny! Even though I know it’s recommended that customers use the self-service stations for pictures, I am incredibly grateful for the assistance given to me today! It made a very stressful morning so much better!! I’ll be back to this location for sure!! Thank you!

Staff at printing are very helpful. They could use more help. I have also been served by a variety CSRs in other departments and everyone has been helpful and pleasant.

My go to place for prints, always welcomed by staff, they understand what you want to do, they always provide assistance when you need it. Quality of prints are great. Prices are not too low or too high, I think it's still reasonable for what I use them for.
