I felt so comfortable and welcome. She was gentle and kind. I got a little silly at the awkward parts and she just made me feel like I was having fun with one of my friends.10/10 would spread my cheeks again.

This was the best smooth effects location I have been to! I first had Pam and she was so thorough and I felt I was getting my moneys worth, And she made me feel so comfortable. I have also had the experience with Nadine, and she is fantastic!! Makes you feel so comfortable and talks to you as if you’re a good friend! Highly recommend the Vernon location to anyone! It’s worth the hour drive for me!!

I travel from Kamloops to see Nadine and every appointment is as good as getting laser hair removal can get. Employees are always smiling and super helpful, Nadine is super thorough and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole appointment. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to make the trip every time to see them!

I am always so excited to get treatments at Smooth Effects. All of the staff are so incredibly supportive , friendly and welcoming. I leave there feeling amazing about myself and the way I’ve been treated.From the wonderful receptionist Lacey to all of the wonderful estheticians doing my treatments. Lisa ,Pamela & Nadine are all amazing people. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services. I was a bit nervous about getting my cherry spots skin tags and the flesh colour mole on my nose removed. But Lisa is seriously the best! Thank you again for your amazing services.Lisa Taylor

The staff at Smooth Effects Vernon are the most friendly team. If have been going for years for laser hair removal. This was my first time doing laser for spider veins. I feel that the treatment did not work as well as I hoped but there is some improvement. Would still recommend Smooth Effects

I recommend this business to everyone that's looking for Medical Spa services! I love the friendly and open atmosphere, the greeting when you show up, clean and professional but also very welcoming and inclusive. Lisa and her crew are well trained and knowledgeable - consistently updating their skills to give us the best services and options.
