Bob in Plumbing section is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. He knows all his work very well and is able to help his customers in a very efficient and effective way. He helped me find the products and repair solutions that I was in need for last three years in a few minutes and I was totally feeling relieved upon his expertise's help. I will come back and recommend to my friends without any hesitation. Bob, you are best of the best!

I love this Home Depot for the convenient location. There is a Costco, LCBO, Best Buy, plenty of pet stores, Walmart and Canadian Tire that are all very close to each other.The location also has plenty of parking and easy access to the tool rental department with parking on the side. There is also never an problems finding parking for a pickup with a trailer.Apart from its location, the store itself is amazing and has everything. Its big and has one of the largest inventory in the area. There prices are always reasonable and tend to have great things on sale for extra savings. I've bought a Makita 5 piece kit on sale a free battery for spending over $200.There employees are also great, and most of them are experienced and can always help with suggestions, or find something you need.

Excellent and friendly staff, great paint department employee who was very helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for. Perfectly matched exterior paint to a flake I peeled off an existing garage door.

This location is organized and kept clean and tidy, but the stock are not checked. Many times I came to get something and the box was empty and when I asked to see if they can refill it, they didn't have it.The staff do know what the answer to your questions but finding them is a challenge.I just reduced one star because today I had to wait 20 minutes in the lumber aisle waiting for someone to come and help me and finally I gave up.I think it's time for a new management.

I have placed 2 large orders at the pro desk of the store with a representative Yonca Meral, she prepared the order and processed my card. Once I reviewed the order, she overcharged me by close to $5000. Since that happened, it is now more than 2 weeks and she is ignoring my calls, sms and not responding nor trying to fix her issue. Home Depot service desk is not able to help and sending me to deal with online service and when I call the online support, after 1.5 hours wait on the phone the representative is telling me he cannot assist with this issue and I need to deal with the store directly. Complete scam, horrible service, and no one is trying to help returning my $5000 back. It totally looks like a steal and a ripoff.Legal action will be taken against them and the person over charged my card and ignoring me. I have all records and previous communication with Yonca until she started to ignore me!!!

Very well organized and the staff are always willing to help. I love shopping their outdoor garden in the summer and the staff in the appliance department are very knowledgeable and not pushy like other stores.

Racist manager keeps following you around the store. Many times when my family goes there for tools and supplies which they PAY FOR, the same weird manager keeps telling the staff to refuse service to us. Do better

Standard store. It's always the same at Home Depot, they certainly have a wide variety of great products.Staff as usual you have to hunt them down to find out an answer.Great location parking is plentiful.
