FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Have been using this FedEx location for years, they have handled my printing needs very well and the “Print to Go” service makes printing super easy.

I had to return an item. The guy at the counter was EXCELLENT he brought the item in the store for me and was very helpful getting the item shipped I really appreciate it and I highly recommend that EVERYONE go to this location and get your shipping and copying or whatever service you may need done here I wished I got his name but trust me you will not be disappointed

Absolutely WONDERFUL STAFF and by far the BEST LOCATION in the area. I will only go to this FedEx because they’re beyond helpful, kind and go above and beyond for all their customers. Never once have I seen any of the associates clap back at any customers and there was this one customer who was so nasty and trying to ship back a bike one time and the associate was so professional and kind to this guy who was straight up yelling at her. I couldn’t personally deal with that, so props to her and the other wonderful associates. The store is always clean and anytime I’ve had a question, the staff has always been very attentive. I highly recommend this location—they also have a ton of shipping supplies and are super helpful with printing and great pricing.

Rude employee working on Friday just before closing. Apparently fed ex can't ship if you have your own envelope. Also they can't ship to PO boxes. Open an hour later than UPS a moment away for nothing. How am I supposed to know they don't ship to PO boxes. Probably should put a sign on the front. Get your night closer to chill out too. I felt so rushed and it ended up being for nothing after taking my license and making a hassle about having an envelope that says USPS on it. Never again for me fed ex.

They shipped an antique Ukrainian Bandura.Arrived in perfect condition.And on time! The help Steve? And Jill? WereAwesome.

I swear nobody wants to actually work. People just want to go to work and get paid but not actually do anything. The employees got mad at me for bringing in three packages. Three!! Not three hundred, not thirty, but fn three. I run a home business and use fedex A LOT but will definitely be reconsidering after this interaction. I'll take my money somewhere else and the employees can give their attitudes to someone else. Lazy lazy lazy.

Placed order online. While enroute to pickup printed posters, I was advised that a correction was needed to one of the posters along with ordering multiple flyers. I arrived for pickup 1hr before the store closed. Tony worked with me to place the new order. He was capable, professional, and patient - he ultimately got everything I needed done before closing. I truly appreciate him.

The big employee just stand there talking and distracting the one employee who was assisting customer, and we were 4 people waiting in the queue. Would not recommend at all.

This location is a waste of my time. The last two times I've been in there I have had trouble with the large format copier/scanner. The first time, it would not recognize my USB drive so I could scan drawings. I had to restart the machine which takes 5 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. Just now I could not even get it to take my payment. The card reader kept restarting every time I inserted my card. When I've had issues in the past (as I said, this is not the first time), the staff is slow to help. I am way too busy to be waiting on machinery that does not work, and staff that has better things to do. I run my own business, so every minute counts. This is a very conveniently located Fedex for me, but I am going to have to seriously reconsider using their services.

The evening staff at this location are regularly unfriendly, and I often feel as if my existence in the store is an inconvenience in the staff. Because of this, I prefer to go to other FedEx locations, such as the Cheektowaga location. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful there.
