I had a great experience at BioPed in Belleville. I’ve never had orthotics before and I have Plantar Fasciitis. Tim made the orthotics. My appointment was on Friday and they were ready on Wednesday. Fast!! I bought a new pair of runners and he showed me how to put them in my shoes and winter boots. I wore them all day Wednesday and went for a 6k walk on Thursday and the pain was almost gone. I will be wearing them in all my shoes. They won’t help if you don’t wear them!!! My experience was wonderful. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Really nice guy. I would not hesitate to send anyone to his establishment. Thanks Tim!!!

Purchased new insoles and redwing work boots from here. They professional fitted me for both and made sure that I was happy with both.I will continue to go here for my work boots and insoles from now on.10 out of 10. Professional helpful friendly staff.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Fantastic customer service, and got me into the most comfortable pair of work boots I've ever worn. Highly recommended!!

Tim and his team are friendly, supportive, and accommodating. They worked with me to find the best products to assist my needs (even when it took a few orders!). The custom orthodics are among the best I have had (10+ pairs). They also go above and beyond to support customers with insurance/benefit claims. Thanks

Amazing place! Great care in a timely fashion. My custom-made orthotics have eliminated the pain in my feet and are durable. Huge difference from the dr. Scholl's I used to buy every month or so (after they fell apart). The manager and his son are such a great team.

Tim is an amazingly friendly professional. He'll take the time to learn what's best for *your* orthotic needs and explain it to you in ways you can understand. I'd never consider going anywhere else.
