Absolutely fantastic go there if in west Kelowna

Made an appointment ahead of time when I arrived they said it would only be a few minutes but it took about half hour because the lady who was supposed to cut my hair decided to go back and chit chat with her co workers. When I was getting my hair done I was scrolling through my phone and the lady started speaking and I was listening but she rudely told me to get off of my phone. Not saying all the workers are like this but the girl with blue and purple hair needs to learn to be nice to her customers because she lost a tip and a customer.

I just had my hair cut by Taylor. She listened to what I wanted and discussed in detail so we were on the same page. She was very professional and always told me what she was doing/product she was using. Excellent conversation. Great attitude. I definitely recommend her and will definitely return to see her!

Brooklyn and Tiara did my boys hair cuts (4&7, 4yo’s first time) and they were fantastic! Not only are they incredibly talented with hair but they were so kind and patient with my boys. My youngest was a bit nervous at first but Brooklyn helped him be relaxed and happy, and that makes me a happy mom!

Got my sons first hair cut today and the stylist exceeded my expectations! The whole staff was friendly and kind and helped my son to have a great first hair cut! Won’t think about going anywhere else from now on. You just made a lifetime customer out of my family. Thank you so much!!!

I was recently in for a hair cut to this salon where I've been coming for nearly a decade. I have had consistent good service and quality hair cuts done here by different staff. Since I was in last, there are a couple new people working now one of which who did my hair cut. While the hair cut was fine, the conversation was certainly not. This new barber had been here for a couple of months already and I cannot believe no one has told her these topics are SO wrong to be talking to complete strangers about. She was telling me how her boy friend had abused her the night before and showed me bruises on her arm. About how she had to call a co-worker to get her. She told me he rubbed food in her face and clothes. I was extremely uncomfortable and stayed silent hoping she would understand this is not appropriate at all but she kept on the entire hair cut. Not impressed and the fact that no other staff told her to stop was astounding. I don't think I will be returning as I feel awkward about the whole incident and definitely do NOT want to end up in her seat again.

I checked in online and it said 33 minutes. Spent 20 minutes driving there. Arrived and the wait time had jumped up to 55 minutes. I inquired as to why and was told a staff meeting was now taking place. I waited another 20 minutes and the wait time got down to 34 minutes. Then the wait time jumped up to 51 minutes again. I waited a little longer and then left for a hairdresser that could get me in right away.

Worst experience ever the hairdresser did not listen to anything we had said to her. I asked her to leave the top long to just trim it and she literally butchered it. None of it's even none of it looks nice and now I have a child who's been crying all afternoon. I absolutely refuse to go back to a salon that refuses to listen to their customers.

Consistently disappointed. I've brought my son here 3 times over the last couple of years, and myself as well, and every time my son has been disappointed with his hair cut, and one of the ladies was actually pretty unpleasant to us and my son while figuring out what he wanted done.Once when I was getting a haircut the hairstylist even left me in the chair and just disappeared for 10 minutes... I thought maybe she was done so I got up and paid. She came out super apologetic, but I wasn't super thrilled and felt anxious.I figured I would give them one more shot and booked both of us in online for haircuts. They cancelled it via email, no call, nothing. When I called I was told they aren't accepting bookings online at the time....well then make it clear for people! She didn't offer another time that we could book in or anything.... Won't be going back.
