I had these guys come to my grandpa's house to change out his old furnace to a new furnace. The whole process was seamless and went off without a hitch. They got back to me quickly with the estimate and we were able to schedule a time for them to come. They did the job with amazing expertise. They were fast and extremely kind. Wayne and Darren are great at what they do. But for new builds the apprentices they leave to do the duct work unfortunately have no passion. The joints are not sealed properly. They try to patch big holes and gaps with tape which eventually comes off. Made the build frustrating.

Top notch service and quality of work from these guys! We completely gutted our house and moved several walls which resulted in having to move most of our mechanical duct work. Wayne and Darren were able to problem solve on the fly and work with our design to hide the mechanical in creative ways. They are always on time, always answer their phone, and have competitive pricing. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my furnace. Wayne came that day and did a check. It turned out to be the motherboard. He came back the next day and installed the new part in short order. Knows what he is doing and got the job done fast. A friend has same furnace and had the same issue but paid more than I did. Will defiantly use them in the future and highly recommend them!!!!

Wayne and Darren did an excellent job at installing our Furnace and humidifier for our house. They are both very professional and easy to work with. Both are very skilled and efficient at what they do. We had them back a couple years later to install a new water heater. Great customer service. Always make themselves available to answer your questions and concerns. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

We were in touch with Wayne to install A/C in our house during the latest heat wave and there was no messing around! I called at 10 AM on a Thurs and he was at our door not even 6 hrs later to take measurements. We received a quote that night and booked the install for Monday. Wayne and his son were at our door at the exact time they said they would be and were finished within a couple hrs. When I came home I couldn't even tell they had been there - no mess and everything back in its place. I highly recommend Wayne and his crew for the job! Professional, clean and prompt service. We will be sure to tell all our friends about Flat Land Mechanical!!

We had 2 furnaces installed. First caused problems, noise, stop start. 2nd, was installed 9 months later. The service was there idea to change furnaces, job not done well. Furnace was uneven causing fan to be on angle and contacting frame, making a loud noise. From Oct.2022, till now we have been phoning, emailing and have had no replies. This is a warranty problem that they don't want to deal with. We now have buy a new furnace.
