Incredibly disappointing. The office called to move up my sons appointment, only to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor. Perhaps if they are over scheduled, they shouldn’t be backfilling appointments they can’t maintain.

Used to be a fantastic place when Dr Serunkuma was there. The clinic sent out a notice that they would cover Serunkuma's patients until another doctor was hired but now they are turning away those who have been there for years! Now searching for a family Dr which I would have done much earlier had they been honest from the start that they were not going to continue to provide care. A shame since there are great drs here and the pharmacy is wonderful.

Went as a walk in with my baby! They are always so welcoming and nice there! The Dr is super nice and understanding. There’s not a long waiting time and they are always updating medimap so you know exactly how much time you need to wait! Totally recommend

As with many reviewers, I found that the absence of our beloved Dr. Serunkuma has taken its toll. I do feel bad for the remaining staff. They're overworked & under provisioned. It is however disheartening that their stress has greatly affected the quality of care available. Most unfortunate.

This clinic used to be so amazing, but has gone down hill. When Dr. Serunkuma announced he was leaving they said in a notice that they would take on his patients but they are now turning away clients that have been his patients for years and NOT seeking alternative clinics for them. On top of that, the staff are rude, not accommodating, and the wait times can last for hours if you do manage to find a time to see a doctor. Please find a clinic that will actually treat you like someone in need, and not like trash. Such a pity considering the pharmacy next door is the complete opposite and so accommodating and friendly!

They advertise walk ins but do not accept walk ins. I had a sick daughter and they refused to help us becuzse we didnt book an appointment in a walk inclinic". Do not advertise this if you are not a walk in clinic. This place has went so far downhill i dont think they will ever be able to make it a trustworthy placeagain. Such a bad inviroment. The ladies at the desk we extremely rude about it and couldnt even tell me where to go next."

I was called by the medical centre to let me know that they have doctors filling their vacancies. I was told that the new doctors can take me as a patient if I would like. If you've read my previous review, there isn't a chance in h@!! that I will be returning. It was the same receptionist that called me with the invitation that spoke to me 4 months earlier. I could tell in her voice that she felt uncomfortable calling me.4 months earlier...When Dr. Serunkuma announced he was leaving, I was informed that the other physicians there would take on his patients until a replacement was found. Five months later I received a phone call from the clinic. The receptionist began the conversation by asking if I found another family doctor. I found this very surprising. When I mentioned that I was assured in a letter and by Dr. Serunkuma that my care was to continue there, the receptionist said that was months ago and that he hasn't been replaced. She went onto say that if something comes up that I should go to a walk-in clinic because they won't see me.It would have been better if I was told something like:The Integral Medical Centre regrets to inform you that a replacement for Dr. Serunkuma has not been found. Due to this, it would be best that you begin looking for another family doctor because we do not know when a replacement will be found, and the current physicians cannot accept extra clients. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.A statement or letter with this verbage would have been sufficient rather than the phone call that I received. If a patient is not satisfied with the service received, I suppose they can contact Saskatchewan Patient Advocate Services.

Like others my Dr. Was Dr. Serunkuma who chose to move on. He is a wonderful Dr. The Integral Medical Centre led me to believe they were hiring a replacement Dr. That has not yet happened and I was encouraged to go elsewhere as I need prescriptions renewed.I found a new Dr. And a new clinic. My new Dr. Requested my medical file from “IMC” and when I called the staff quoted me $45.00. I was told they would call when ready. I got that call but was told the fee was $170.00. I called the college of physicians and Surgeons to see if there was a set fee. I was told the fee is usually $30.00 to $40.00 and they would call on my behalf and find out why so much.Samson Sotomi (RN) - office manager called me and asked why I called the college and stated they have copied medical files in the past for free and just how much was I expecting to pay! I stated $45.00 as quoted by staff. He agreed then charged me $90.00 and tax for my medical file and my wife’s.I would not recommend this clinic because of Mr Samson Sotomi. He is underhanded sneaky and a thief.

My family Doctor moved to this clinic and I was happy for the new location, at first. My experiences with my family Doctor continue to be professional, courteous and supportive. However, the man who manages the front desk provides less than professional service. I highly recommend the doctors here but use caution with administration.

I really loved this clinic, as they are timely and clean. However my doctor moved out of province and I was placed in the care of Dr. Ferguson. I was told Dr. C. Ferguson was taking over my doctors patients, however when I met with her it was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional". I had to wait over an hour to see her
