Nice clean store,staff are very friendly and kind. They did an amazing job on my nails they are very professional, and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I definitely will go again . If you need your nails done don't hesitate to go to this beautiful store.

Needed a quick manicure and pedicure for a wedding. This place was very welcoming as I was shy to come as a male, but I was welcomed with such great hospitality. I felt so comfortable and they did great job making my hands and feet look fresh and feel soft. Thank you! Strongly recommend

Very bad pedicure, I asked her to take off the dead skin and she refused .. right after the pedicure my feet were still dry , pathetic foot massage

I came to the this location 4 days ago and two days after I got my nails done, the shellac already started to chip on one of my nails. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary with my hands or nails. I've been to other places and my nails would last a very long time without chipping. I would be able to grow them out and they would all still be in tact. The day I noticed the shellac was chipped and hanging off my nail, I tried to put on some clear coat over the shellac to prevent it from completely chipping off, but I shouldn't even have to be trying to fix this. This place has a very limited variety of colours and the quality of the polish isn't the best. I asked for colourful tips and the lady only did base coat, 1 coat of the colour and top coat. The shellac feels and looks very thin. The people were nice and the place was big and clean, but the quality is not worth the price.

I went for pedicure this Wednesday, but I am not really satisfied with their service. Not proper cleaning, it was just formality. However lady was nice

Vut is amazing! I've had Jenny do services for me too and she is just as great! But today I had a really unfortunate experience. I just wanted my shellac off and the lady who was there tood me to come back in 3 hours as she was too busy...? There was no one in line

Worst experience ever. Plz, say no if you can't do something. They wasted my 2-3 hours for nails. Spoil my whole day.

Its a not so great place. The lady did my nails first and then i went second time but this time she just didn’t do a great job and i told her right away that i didn’t like it and she was so rude in a second and said ill take your nail off but you have to pay for my job of taking em off as well. I paid $60 for the nails i didn’t like and she said she can not refund or fix them but she will take them off and ill have to pay again. Unexpected!! At least be mindful of your behaviour.

I had the WORST experience with this nail salon. It was Civic day and I called ahead to see if I could go in to get a Shellac colour change for hands and toes colour change. The lady on the phone gave me a 2:30pm appointment. I was right on time, she did my toes and as she’s doing them, two new customers walk in, she finishes my toes and she says I need to wait for them to dry and then she will do my hands, which is super weird, why does she need my toes to be dry to do my hands. She goes to attend the new customers which it seemed like she knew them, did both of them while I’m sitting and waiting for at least an hour. So I was not happy and told her to only remove my previous Shellac colour and I don’t want to get new colour done. And by the way, this is after she’s done with the new customers. So she goes oh why, it will only take 10mins so I couldn’t hold it in me and I told her I was not happy with how she treated me and that she made me wait for so long for no reason. And she goes oh I’m so sorry those customers had a 2pm appointment, so I’m like it’s not my fault that they are late. You can’t leave a customer in middle of their service to go tend to someone else whom first of all are half an hour late for their appointment. So as she’s listening to me, she was pushing back the cuticles on my hand and aggressively made my finger bleed. And then she’s like I’m so sorry. Really don’t want to believe that she was sorry.I will never be coming back to this location. This was customer service at its worst. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

The first time using this salon and I would NOT go back. Like other reviews, don’t waste your time.Had a shellac mani & regular pedi on Friday, less than 24 hours later 2 of my shellac nails chipped. I have had shellac done for the past 10+ years & never had this happened to me. I went back to have the 3 nails redone & they worse now than with the chips in them!Also, I had the older lady do my pedi and I had to tell her several times I wanted my nails square but she kept on filing them round on the edges. Very frustrating - will never go back!
