Took my van in for some paint and body work. Communication and service was excellent. The details of the repair were well explained and I got a loaner vehicle during the repair. My van looked brand new when I got it back, just perfect. Would definitely take my car there for repair again.

Last week I had my Mazda in for small repair due to being rear ended. Repair was done on time vehicle looks great! While it was there Bill Williams ( body shop manager) went above and beyond his duties ,and had my vehicle taken over to the Mazda Dealership for a outstanding Recall. Thank you Bill for a great job and giving me a loaner vehicle.Also had my oil changed while in so happy to have everything done all at the same time, thank you Tina in Service.

I originally brought my Jeep to Richmond Chrysler Collision Repairs to fix some work that was badly done by another local shop. It has been almost ten years and I have had a handful of claims since then and I don't go anywhere else. There's a lot to like about this shop: the service is excellent and the work is impeccable.
