Point Zero

Poor customer service.. sale associate was very rude. Not well mannered..even though we ask questions politely she gave a cold reply. We never intended to go back there.

Came here the other day to do some shopping and the young lady Jessica was so quick to assist with all my needs. Will be coming again! Thank you Jessica!

This store is much better than the one in Vaughn Mills. The staffs are friendly. Cathy (store manager) was a great help in finding what I wanted. If not for her, I could haven't bought this warm jacket. Product quality is amazing too!

I recently visited this store in hopes of purchasing some long sleeve shirts for winter. The store associate hamzah was helpful throughout the process and provided an excellent level of customer service from start to end. I will definitely visit again in the near future to see what deals and clothing the brand has to offer.

Disgusting Behavior, Racism Still Exists, Racialprofiling can all be experienced at Point Zero located at Bramale City Centre location in Brampton. The managers don't even know how to talk to 10 year old kids. Even the kids sense the behavior of store manager. Even the staff that reports to the store manager felt helpless and felt scared to give their name to the customer. Racism Is A Virus Point Zero. Fix it. The management dealt with the issue with their utmost importance and sincerity, listened to the customer and followed up on the complaint within a timely fashion. Great work from the management of Point Zero!

Product quality is really good, but company's policy to maintain customer satisfaction needs improvement.I bought a jacket recently, and I realized the alarm tag was forgotten on the jacket when I arrive home (which is an honest mistake). The problem is I am living 30 min drive away from the store, making the trip would cost me both money and time. So before making the trip I called and asked if I can get compansated for the trouble with a gift card or a mark down, and I was told due to head office's policy store is not allowed to give a gift card or perform a mark down in this situation. So in order to wear the jacket that I already paid for, I have to make another trip to the store, spend gas and time to remove the alarm tag.My recommendation to other shoppers: if you want to buy Point Zero, buy it from Hudson Bay, their customer relations are better.

Great price for winter jackets. Especially Hamza the salesperson there is very nice and polite. Would highly recommend.

Hamzah was very helpful and found me a jacket for my son. I will be coming back next year.
