I visited this facility a year ago with foot pain and doctor Chris Sweeting who seems very knowledgeable assisted me and recommended I wear custom built orthotics to help with flat feet and since that day my feet are doing so much better. Staff is very friendly and lady at the reception is very sweet, she assisted me with selecting perfect pair of shoes for my orthotics.Definitely Recommended

Just broke in my new orthotics, they're great!! I suggest buying new shoes with your orthotics and break them in together, especially if they are for athletic purposes. I was running in them within a week. Staff was very friendly, appointments were quick and efficient. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Extremely rude, egoistic and confrontational receptionist! She forcefully put you on hold for minutes and confronts you if you call back because you did not want to be on call forever. This experience alone made me not even try this clinic. Unbelievable.

One of my orthotics shoes had a defect and the manufacturer did not stand by their product. However the store agreed that it was a defect and got me anpther shoe. You don't find customer service like that to often any more. I teaveled a distance to come here and it is worth it. Been with the company for yrs. Good customwr retention you guys. A big cheer for you!!
