I've been going to Mohammad for more than 10 years. Hes an honest mechanic who will never ask you to repair anything unnecessary and does the job to your satisfaction. I've recommended him to my friends and family and none had anything bad to say about him. The negative review about him cracking someone's windshield is absolutely contradictory to my experience. Mohammad I know will never do such things and if an accident ever happens under his care I am absolutely sure that he'd be the first to inform you about it. Dont just take my word for it, have him serve you once and judge for yourself.

I used to take my trucks to the dealer but decided to try Pyramids autocare after one of my friends raved about it. I needed an oil change and had an engine light so I decided to try them out. I was greeted with a big smile from Mohamed, one of the most courteous and helpful people I have ever encountered. Often you wonder what you will get with an engine light, since I am no car expert, and dealers can try to sell you anything. Mohamed was honest and helpful and very happy to inform me that it was just a bad gas cap, nothing more. To say the least I was relieved. I will definitely be going back to Pyramids autocare next time I need service.

Have been getting my car serviced here for over 3 years now. They are the nicest, most honest, and caring people. It is a family owned business, and the father sets a great example for his sons. They have always shown me a lot of respect and consideration. I will continue to be their customer and will confidently recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good, reliable mechanic shop.

We have been going to Pyramids for many years. The service has always been excellent and Moe and his sons have always been honest with us. They do not try to upsell you or make you fix unnecessary issues. Their prices are fair and the shop is clean. If you're looking for a good mechanic this is the place.

I first approached them to do the 4 wheel alignment on my '04 Volvo XC70.Nice people, honest, they knew very well their job. Very decent price.Then I went back a few more times for minor things. I was always treated above expectations.My other Volvo now needs front shocks so I asked them for a quote. They use OEM parts. The price was more than fair and they squeezed me in on a day of my choice. Same owner as a few years ago, same friendly attitude. I will post back after the repair.

Mohamed is an excellent mechanic. I've been servicing my older car - a Volvo for many years. Then my current car - Honda - he checked it before I even bought it. He does an amazing job at a very good price. There are so few honest mechanics left these days.

I have been going to Pyramids Auto since 2007. They have alway taken great car of my car. Mohamed will never encourage you to do unnecessary repairs but will always advice you on what is critical to the health and safety of you and your car. I really love the service they provide and the amazing work they do. I have taken all my cars there, even the new Mercedes I have. If necessary, he purchases they parts form Mercedes and installs it for me. He is not only a great mechanic, but has his family members also working with him creating a beautiful family environment. Take your car there, you will never regret it.

I went to this place for a complete clutch replacement because autoshops in Niagara were overcharging for the job. The price was reasonable considering my options.The car ran perfectly fine for two months. Today the gears began slipping mid intersection and I could barely shift into gear 2. I couldn't even reverse at all. I went to Mufflerman for an emergency checkup. The shifter cable was loose and it fell out. Like the equivalent of a chain falling off on a bike. Paid them in labour costs to tighten up the cables.This seriously should've been checked over before it was handed back to me as I almost got into a car wreck because of it!Be weary of this place. They may be affordable, but for a first time customer, I'm not impressed. I will not be back again.

I have been a customer of this auto shop for over ~5 years now and I'm very glad to have found a great place for my car needs as its quite difficult to find honest, clean good working mechanics that don't just try to up-sell you.A few things I realised when comparing with other shops I've been to is that Mohamed and his team will take the time to check your car and properly diagnose it so you know exactly what your dealing with, they are also very good at explaining any problems in a simple way to understand.I appreciate the honest work and high standards this place holds itself to, as a result my vehicles have been running better then ever.
