Great organized tournament! Very professionally ran I was extremely impressed.

Due to the circumstances with covid they put on a great derby for the time they had ! Great job great prizes ! This year looks even better ! About timeSome one put on a good derby compared to the great ontario salmon derby ! I've had enough of tht one ! Prizes got worse every year and ticket prices kept going up ! I hope they keep the siver salmon challange going for years to come !

Love the professionalism and the value from the tournament last year! The prizes were first class and it was well run. Looking forward to this year!!!

Awesome tournament

The Silver Salmon Challenge epitomizes what I value most about the Great Lakes and their fisheries, which is the opportunity to engage with my local landscape, form lasting friendships with like-minded folks, and connect with fish that never cease to amaze me. Fisheries have a tendency to bridge gaps between different people, and between us and our environment. I'll support virtually any initiative that promotes this experience, and the fisheries of Lake Ontario.

What a year 2020 was, with all the negativity, doom and gloom that was surrounding us all. From closing our boat launches at the start of the year there was just so much uncertiany. The crew at the SSC and their social media posts helped me refocus on something positive, my little escape each weekend. Competing against the best anglers on the lake in our shared passion. Promises kept on prize structure and punctional distribution of these prizes is something that might have been missing in the past but the SSC team picked up on. Looking forward to chasing kings again this year competing against the best.
