THE WORST TAILOR STORE EVER. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR CLOTHES ALTERED HERE.1. It took over three weeks to get my jeans altered.2. I had to take them back over 3 times to fix their mistake. They did not properly alter the waist of my jeans and the stitches were poorly done, clearly different than the jean's stitches, and were not even straight.3. They did not compensate for their mistakes and kept saying they will fix it. I finally gave up and took my $150 now ruined jeans home. I would have rather worn them loose.I REGRET giving them my jeans to fix and wish I had gone elsewhere for alterations.Do yourself a favour and find a better tailor.

This place has the most embarrassing customer service I have ever encountered. I brought a pair of jeans here to get hemmed and tapered. When I brought them home, they were not tapered and the legs were 2 different lengths. The old lady who works here said they would not fix this - I would need to repay the $60 again. She also claims my legs were 2 different lengths - that’s why the legs of the jeans were different lengths.The old lady here continued to argue with me and I knew she would not fix the pants that they had messed up so now I am out $60 and need to take my pants elsewhere. Such an embarrassment of an establishment.

We asked for a pants hemming, it was ok, price was reasonable and exact on time.

I must say, it was a complete rip-off and the end result was far from satisfactory.To begin with, the exorbitant price of $70 plus tax for a simple hemming service seemed unjustified, especially considering the poor quality of workmanship. After wearing the pants only twice, the hem came undone, revealing the shoddy craftsmanship that was evident throughout.What's more frustrating is the arrogance displayed by the tailor during the entire process. He demanded full payment upfront, which goes against ethical business practices. This raised red flags and made me skeptical, but I decided to proceed anyway, expecting a professional outcome. Sadly, my trust was misplaced. I believe it is essential for businesses to value their customers and take responsibility for the services they provide.I strongly advise anyone considering using his services to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and unnecessary expenses. There are plenty of other tailors in the area who offer quality services at reasonable prices, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.Rating: Minus Five

When we first came into drop off a pair of pants to be taken in and hemed everything was fine. The lady was pleasant and very helpful. But it was when I picked up my pants when the terrible customer service happened. Another women that works there was extremely rude to me. She was clearly confused about who she spoke to on the phone and repeatedly asked me if I was picking up the dress. I repeatedly said NO.She would not let me finish answering her before she continued to ask me the same question OVER AND OVER AGAIN. and then accused me of saying that I said I was picking up a Dress". Then another lady walked in asking about the "dress" and what completely threw me off was that she was so nice to her. And didn't even apologize! When I asked her why she was being so rude to me. She told me that I must be having a "bad day".I've been in customer service for over 25 years

The first time my sister and I came her we asked the older lady with grey hair if they did measurements for people. She proceeds to ask the older man with grey hair and he looks at us with such a disgusting expression and says $30. My sister and I are shocked because most places are $10-15. Even the man behind us was confused and he was picking up his suit. Anyways, after that encounter we felt like they were lying or didn’t want to provide us service because we were black. So today we are back at the mall and my sister like you should try again. So I go to the store and ask the same older lady with grey hair and she doesn’t even look at me for half second and says no we do not. Can I point out that She doesn’t even move from the workspace to meet me at the service desk. However, when I was leaving I turned around around and the lady met the next white customer at the service desk…so why couldn’t she do that for me? I am a dirt or something. I was kind and polite but apparently I deserved to be disrespected.Mind you this time I’m wearing a mask so she won’t know it’s me. This place is so rude, and they need better customer service. like if you have expensive pricing that’s cool, but if you disregard someone, while giving other white customers respect you have a problem.

Do not use this alteration service. They are unprofessional and money-grabbers. Their store is not well maintained. Their debit machine doesn’t work and they don’t plan on fixing it because I overheard the associate tell a customer that in August when her alterations are ready, she has to pay in cash because the debit machine doesn’t work. Why? Why can’t it be fixed? The customer’s alterations will take weeks to be finished and it doesn’t take that long to fix a debit machine. When I walked into the store, I waited 20 mins before the associate acknowledged me and the service I received was sub-par. I will take my alterations somewhere else as this place does not deserve my business.

They say they open Saturday mornings at 9:30 am but were still not open by 10:40 am. I’m taking my business somewhere else

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible alterations. Charged me $243.00 for alterations - dropped off a bridesmaids dress for alterations 12 days before the wedding. Went to pick up the dress on the Wednesday(wedding was on Saturday) and the dress was not altered correctly. I left it to be re altered again & I went to pick up this dress Friday - keep in mind the wedding was the next day. Was still incorrectly altered. I am so disappointed in the alterations and feel like I have wasted my money. The dress was altered HORRIBLY and I had no time to get it re altered. Compared to the other two brides maid dresses. My dress was the worst one. What a waste of money. I would NEVER use this place again!!! Highly recommend going somewhere else.

So completely unimpressed with the service. Dropped off my sons pants, a week later went back to pick them up and only 1/2 the alterations were done. Had to wait and hour for the rest of the work to be done as well as pay even more. Will never ever go back. Felt disrespected that my time isn’t important.
