Literally the best Uhaul experience I’ve every had. The gentleman I spoke to was super kind and have clear instructions for dropping off the truck outside of their regular hours.

Phenomenal customer service in a small town setting.I was picking up a uhaul and was running late. I called Debbie and she stayed late for me!!! Who does that know a days?!!! She then proceeded to help me load the uhaul trailer on and made sure I was secure and turning/brake lights were working.She made this process so easy with great conversation and a few full belly laughs. I am so grateful for all she did and how great this experience was!Definitely recommend.

One star so I can post. Do not drop your U-haul off at this location. There has been two instances where I have rented from U-haul. The reps on the phone were great. They provided me with the amount kms and days I would need to make my move. The first move I made I dropped the U-haul off in Didsbury the gas was where it was needed to be as per my contract.. following that drop off day I was charged just about 300$ because they had to fill the tank". Second instance I rented a U-Haul from Calgary to Olds with the drop off location to be Didsbury again the rep I spoke to on the phone provided me with proper kms and days I would need to rent the U-Haul. I called multiple times throughout the week to confirm my dates. Following my drop off day I was charged an extra day with the wrong drop off time and information included on my receipt. I called U-Haul to have this day refunded back to me. They advised that I did not have the extra day and there were no notes in my file. This was not true. U-Haul has done nothing to look into this drop off location for either instances.EDIT** The field rep was able to refund back my second day from my second trip."

Showed up Thursday at 4...closed. Called. Ernie said he would be there at 9 on Friday. Showed up at 10 on Friday, no Ernie...no answer on phone...unreliable.
