Went and got a new housing and screen for my iPhone 6. They completed the job but the screen had a horrible fit and my button felt all lose and cheap. A day later the glue in the screen started to detach itself so I called them they said they would glue it back. Same day screen peels off again called again and said they would fix. I'm not gonna drive from Hamilton every time to get my screen glued. If they did it right the first time I would be dealing with this. Very cheap parts they use and very pricey. Do not waste your time. My phone looks like ass.

What a great company and kind owner. The gentleman put a nice screen protector on my phone due to a crack. He was very understanding of me having two small children in the store with me, and was kind to them too. Also, their prices are very competitive. Overall, a great experience with wonderful people and good quality work.

i went there for screen change on iPhone 6 plus . their phone repair prices are very reasonable. quality was way better than other phone places i have been before. Moreover, it was a Quick service. They repair on the spot In front of your eyes.I would really recommend that place.

I went to the apple store today to get my phone fixed and they rudely rejected me because of the model of my phone. I went to iTDOT and they were happily able to repair my phone in less then 10mins. Thank you for the great service.

For a long time I have been getting work done satisfactorily. Recently I have been disappointed that the store was not open 12th or 13th at the advertised times. I had to make 3 trips before I got lucky.My daughter in law had the same problem 16th and 17th when they were not open at the time advertised

I came into this location as its right behind my house a couple months ago and got wonderful service the rep that assisted me was very informative also prices were reasonable. I would def recommend it to my friends+ family!

Horrible service!Careless people.They Don't pickup the calls.They make false promises.Asked them to change my plan, it's been three months they're just making fake promises.

Gave in a broken screen, paid $70 and the corner buttons weren’t working. We asked what was the issue they said they don’t have warranty and wouldn’t even bother to check if it was fixed properly.

I had a battery issue, they attempted to fix it however were unable to, they refunded me the money.

Not recommended . Expensive and rip off. Stay away. Changed my LCD and it cracked by itself the next day. Took it apple and they said its the quality of the screen
