Do yourself a favour, avoid this place at all cost! Could not have received a worse experience!! From the dirty carpet received from the store which I had to pay a company to clean which it still looks terrible (wish i could have a picture of these dirty pads)!!! The store only deals with the sale and not the install. BUT in my case, they called and schedule an installer for me which was.... .... ... NOT GOOD. A lot of talk about sending someone to look in to it, but weeks of empty promises nothing. I wanted to encourage a local business but feel like I got screwed!! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was also discouraged from other local businesses to avoid this place but thought it was a myth. All of the above is my opinion and experience; If you do decide on using them, I wish you luck and hopefully you will get a better experience than me!
