Dealing with Urban Coast Developments has been a frustrating process. Once they sell the unit they do not get back to you and take no ownership or accountability for the issues that come up, which they originally do promise you!

Awesome builders with good experience . Our home was built to a very high standard with a lot of attention to detail and everything was on schedule. I would recommend anyone considering to purchase a new house to use this professional development company. Jas is very understanding and professional to deal with. Worst developer to work with. They claim they provide their clients with quality worksmanship, honesty, and integrity, but they take NO ownership of any deficiencies nor do they care about their buyers after they sell you your home. Multiple times they have scheduled contractors to come fix deficiencies" for work that is not up to standard

Such good builders. The rep they assigned to our townhomes is so handy. Not only does he repair things, but he explains how to best care for our home with cool tips and tricks my wife and I would never have known. Highly recommend buying and make sure to ask for Zack if you have questions when you move in.

Don't ever ever never ever buy from them. Buyer beware. They are full of $hit. They just buy time till warranty is over and then say it's not our fault anymore. Worst builders . They all point the fingers to eachother and nobody takes care of the screw ups. Do Not Buy . Builders like Urban Coast give other builders bad name.

Would give zero stars if I could. Been nearly 2 years of dealing with deficiencies. Zach and office don't respond. Appaling service.
