ArsenoVelo is an awesome business and Jody is amazing! He was very friendly and efficient. Had two bikes done while I prepared dinner.He took the time to find out exactly what was needed. The job was very well done. Rode my bike into work this am and the ride was so smooth (minus the potholes).Would not hesitate to recommend Jody.There is nothing negative to say about this whole experience.

One word...WOW! Jody was absolutely awesome! I booked a $85.00 maintenance but in the end he suggested that I only needed the $65.00 maintenance. Which now a days is rare to get service like that. Any other place would of suggested the full package just to get the cash. Not only did Jody do an incredible job, he also told me what he did and why he did it and also gave me several pointers. I learned more from him in 1 hour then I did all of life of cycling. Thanks again Jody and see you next year!

Excellent service at my home, at my convenience (in the evening). Jody was running 25 mins late, but communicated this well, ahead of time. He serviced my family's 5 bikes, all requiring different levels of attention. He had a very good choice of new chains and tires that were needed for my neglected commute bike. He carries all sorts of accessories also. He consulted before changing anything and didn't change anything that didn't need to be. He also very kindly charged me an hourly rate for his labor, rather than the advertised per-bike rate, as this worked out cheaper for me. I highly recommend this service.

Excellent service! Jody came on time, worked efficiently, and gave me tips for how to deal with regular maintenance on my own. His wealth of knowledge paired with his well-equipped mobile workspace provided a high quality service. He will come to your door with one-day notice and you aren't left bike-less for weeks on end (like most bike shops in the city leave you). My basic tune-up with some minor repairs took less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Jody was nothing short of amazing. He was promptly on time for the appointment, quickly diagnosed my problem and got the job done in less than an hour while I was at work. He also gave me some useful tips on maintenance and how to save money on parts. Price was very reasonable for the level, courtesy and quality of service offered. I would recommend hiring him for any job!
