Tim fixed the cracked grouting around the bathtub in our guest bathroom. We were very happy with the work, the fair fee, and found it easy to interact with him. We will not hesitate to have him do more tile and grout work if we need it in the future.

I have been looking for a good company for some time to clean and repair the grout in our shower. I am so glad that I went with this company! Ken did a fantastic job!! It looks brand new. Before he worked on it, it was discolored and cracked in a lot of places and I never thought they would be able to match the original grout but he did and it’s spot on.I would highly recommend this company!

Tim came out to our house. Gave us a quote on the spot and then was not even 1 min late to start the job. He did excellent work and our master shower now looks like it was just installed. Tim the owner came out to give and estimate. He listened to our needs and gave us his thoughts. Sent his guy out on time and Ken went to work and gave us a good job. Did very clean caulk lines and cleaned up well.

We had Tim come to our home to give us the cost to take out the old grout and replace it with new grout and sealer in our bathroom shower. Tim gave us a very reasonable price.They came the next day. and started at 0900 and we're finished be 4pm. Saying that they did a remarkable job would be an understatement. The shower was so beautiful. It look better than new. My friends reading this review if you need grouting look no further then Groutsmitmn. As a added bonus we had a piece of kitchen counter that needed cutting and replacement and Tim did that too and a beautiful job may I add. These people are perfectionist in what they do. GroutSmith came to my home & helped repair tile & grout in my tiled tub/shower surround. David was professional, timely, & thorough. Prior to contacting GroutSmith, I was considering redoing the entire tile surround. They were able to save me thousands by bringing my ten-year old shower back to life & also water-proofing & sealing all of the grout work. Thank you for all of your help!! Had Tim out to give us a quote for some repairs and received a quote. My fiancé handled the quote with Tim which I should have been involved in from the start as well which I was not. My fiancé had expectations on what we were getting done and I was as well. Worker got sick had to push back week no big deal. Tim made the impression that this job would take a full day if not more. Worker shows up and is done in less than two hours and leaves and does not say anything about stay out of the shower for x y z time till its dry. I walk into the shower to see the work and find areas totally missed that we thought were to have been repaired. Called Tim, sends worker back out the following day. Worker calls us and say “ be there in ten minutes” big heads up. We called Tim no answer. Really wanted Tim back out here so we are all on the same page as to what we wanted done. I even took painters tape and mark all the areas the worker missed the day before. He spends five minutes and leaves. Even after I put down tape marking the areas, he still missed the tape marks that need repair. Weeks go by and still no return call from Tim. That Saturday I spent a full hour cleaning the shower from the mess the worker left us. No reason I should have spent hour cleaning. Now after all that mess and headache the work that was done in the shower is already cracked. I would have been better off paying the grout and tools and working on it myself. I wish my fiancé would have never answered his call for payment huge rip off and lack of respect. Would not recommend ever.

We had them clean our tile to the ceiling and down to the tub and regrout everywhere. This was June 2022. Looked fantastic, hadn't looked that good in decades! This was done at a very competitive price. About a week ago I noticed several spots where the grout had come out and I left a message on the website. A day later I got a call from Tim the owner, who without hesitation, made a trip here 4 days later. He inspected the grout and spent two hours fixing areas that he noticed needed correction, not just the spots I had contacted him about. So, in less time than it would take most contractors to call, if at all, it was corrected without any excuses or grumbling. I would definitely use Tim's company again should the need arise!
