Absolutely rude employees. When we walked in no one acknowledged us or looked at us. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. This is the second we’ve gone and had rude customer service.

Kahuna surf shop is a really well set up store. When you walk in the door you can here great music playing, you can clearly see where all the hats, shirts, shoes, belts and other accesories are, and get greeted by one of the employees. Most of the employees are really nice and say what's up" or "how's it goin"

This business does not honour mask exemptions. I wish Pubic Health would educate these businesses about the exemptions. If you have an exemption and anxiety don’t bother. These people don’t care about you.

Tim and his staff were so good to deal with. Helped find my kids some new swim gear and clothing. Such a hometown feel, cool and unique spot. Worth the visit.

Went here for the first time and instantly loved it. It’s so hard to find genuine skate/surf shops anymore. It reminded me a lot of Tropical North skate shop they used to have in Barrie. I’m probably coming back to Orillia just so I can come back to this store!

The service I received from Kahuna Surf Shop was truly amazing. They were extremely helpful and responsive both over the phone and through Instagram DM. They answered all my questions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and went above and beyond to help me get my package as soon as possible. Kahuna Surf Shop
Just happened to roll through Orillia this week on a road trip and came across this place while wandering town. Staff were very, very nice. They were a bit occupied getting signage ready and were great when we needed some help. Bought a nice button up and my partner got a bucket hat that she loves.Disappointed to see the negative reviews from people regarding the mask policy at Kahuna. It is clearly noted beside the door that they will offer curb side shopping and online pickup. That negates them from having to let you inside without one.Love Kahuna! Will be back next time we are in town.
