New Parmar Restaurant & Catering
Me and my friends visited this restaurant yesterday. We are very pleased with everything. We ordered tandoori fish, dal makhi, chilli garlic noodles and naan. The taste is delicious and freshly made. The rates are very much reasonable and the customer service is par excellence. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Ordered pav Bhaji and specifically asked for time frame as I have to collect the order in my work break still they messed and handed the wrong order to me I’d think I noticed there , they made my order in rush and the pav was stale and the oil was all over them not even toasted just oil sprayed over.

As I entered, no greetings not even a smile and 2 girls at front desk just stared at me. In fact I greeted them and told am here for dine in. I ordered Amritsari kulcha and Aloo tikki along with masala tea - a typical morning breakfast. Food was good and tasty and overall my tummy was happy. Their customer service is really really bad. I went over requesting for my bill and the girl asked me to check the table number. How on earth would I know the table number? I am here to eat and it is there responsibility to check which table am sitted on. Honestly they need to work on customer service skills.

I love the samosa there. We dined once in the restaurant. The server was very friendly and prompt in service. The food is deliciousUpdate: went there again and tried out Aalu Gobi mix paratha. It's probably three best paratha I have had in Vancouver Metrotown. Also Lassi was not too thick like it's in other places which I liked. They have maintained reasonable cost while other restaurants have increased menu prices. This is a big factor for me to go back there.

Went there to eat food at night on tuesday. The food was just awesome. The taste was similar to the food of Punjab. Just loved it. The atmosphere was also calm and relaxing. The paintings on the walls just made me nostalgic. The service was also great. The girl who served the food was so polite and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

Oily Samosas and extremely less chutney.When asked to add more as there were 8 Samosas, got response that it is charged extra and immediately stepped back to kitchen without even waiting for our response weather we need or not. Such a arrogant behavior. Unsatisfactory customer service. Not recommended.
