Very Professional, knowledgable, friendly and caring. Dr. Ismat and his team took super awesome care of my aging parents, Mother 75 years and 84 years old father on wheelchair when we visited to do my parents IME.

It's very disappointing that patients like us are being charged arm and a leg and then can't even expect some decency and respect in return. Extremely rude staff, I would highly recommend that you go to a different location, there are a lot of options in Mississauga and Brampton. No one should have to go through the disrespect that this clinic staff has put us through.

I chose this place for my sponsorship document medical request, first time booking appointment was really good impression, they responded very quick via email confirm the date and direction to the clinic.When I was there, i also have no issue with doctor Ullah. However i felt disappointed as I had to come back there for my second medical request. The doctor told me to take the sample for TB test asap so that we can have the result after 6 weeks (end of Aug) before the second xray happens in Sep. We have been worried waiting for that 6 weeks, then emailed the centre on Sep-2nd if they had the result, but no one responded. After I took Xray 2nd time, we also tried to wait 10 days before contacting them because we thought it might take 10 days for emedical to be reflected. But this time, on Oct-11, still no one responded. Until end of Oct we felt so awkward, so we called like 5 times (all auto reply) until Sarah picked up, i explained to her the situation and to my surprise, she told me she had not seen my TB result available, thats why emedical was not uploaded so far. She did make a great effort to call the lab immediately to get the results (which i supposed to have since end of Aug) and upload for me. I do appreciate her support for the urgency as my due date with IRCC is near, hence it seems the document has been delayed for upload at least 1 month from the date i finished xray and 2 months from the date I should have the TB result based on 6 week’s Leadtime because somehow no one check with the lab for the result.I hope the centre can pay attention more to the similar situation next time and also for anyone in same situation, pls do not hesitate to call them until someone picks up to make sure everything is on track.

The most unprofessional and rude telephone operator I have come across. Doesn't even know how to talk and when to hang up the Call. Better train and teach them some manners. Regardless of whether I am patient or not you are providing the services to public. IRCC letter clearly states than I can visit any Panel Physician registered with them. On what bases you can refuse to see the patient? My call was hung up without even I finished. You call that professionalisim? You are a joke

Great experience. Comfortable and clean clinic. Appointment was made quickly. My waiting time before seeing the doctor was short. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Ismat Ullah was extremely professional and made the whole process very smooth. I definitely recommend this clinic.

My experience with clinic for booking my medical exam appointment was extremely bad. The front-desk attendant lady was very rude and disrespectful. First they didn't confirm my appointment and later blamed me that I didn't arrive for the same. Moreover, the email communication and calls from their side was unclear. When asked for clarity, I was yelled at and my call was disconnected twice and appointment cancelled. I would never recommend this clinic since customers are harassed. Unfortunately, the front desk was the dead end for my request.

I had the worst experience for me in Canada with this clinic. First, they forced me to take half day off allowing appointments at 11 am only even though they usually give after-noon appointments. Upon arrival, the receptionist was professional however the lady lied in my face. She said I told your lawyer we need the “acknowledgement” printed and not softcopy. I actually don’t have a lawyer :S….I told her I don’t have a lawyer, she said I told you over the phone (of course she didn’t)My appointment was at 11 am. After 45 mins of sitting and waiting with my old parents (for whom I took the appointment), she wanted me to take one of them out and leave the other one waiting inside. I told her they are >80 years old and can’t wait outside in the sun and have nowhere to go. She said the clinic is reaching the capacity set as per COVID restrictions. I asked her how come the limit was exceeded while she is giving people appointments!!! Why did she book more appointments than what the clinic can accommodate. She said this is simply my rules and if you don’t want to follow my rules, you can take them to another clinic. That was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I told her what she is saying doesn’t make sense, she said “Okay np, have a seat again, and I’ll have to take another patient now instead of your parents”. She basically thought she can punish me and make me wait longer and longer.I took back my parents doc’s and left the clinic. Technically I lost my day off at work and did not help my parents with the examination. I still can’t believe how a human being can ask an old person >80 years old who came with appointment, to wait outside in the sun, at noon of a hot August day…I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone and I’d never go back there again no matter what. I’d rather find a human people who respect themselves and others.

Dr Ullah has been my family doctor for several years and I can honestly saw that I have enjoyed every visit to his clinic where waiting time is always minimal.He is a compassionate and caring physician His clinic is very clean and well organized and his office staff are first class. I appreciate the excellent care he has provided for me . I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ullah and his clinic.

The Dr is wonderful; his office staff are terrible. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Very impatient and have no manners.
