100% would recommend anyone to go here. Katy and Greg always make sure to address my concerns, and this shop is thorough with their inspections. I have a 2011 Chevy Equinox with 230k so you can imagine the repairs can get pretty pricy, but Rusnell is extremely fair with their prices. They’re honest about anything that needs to be done, and whether or not it can wait until a later date as not to rack up a bill for you. Plus they have a pug and a black lab, which makes the bill easier to swallow :) I always feel safe picking up my car knowing they’ve done good work.

If you have the time, take your vehicle here. Don't waste time on the Canadian Tire garage, all they do is work that you don't need done and avoid the problem you came in with. Russell's is quality you can count on and trust over and over again.

was able to get our vehicle in quickly, finished the service early and for less than the estimate. very friendly, and they have a pug. what more can you ask for?
