No Frills had a few good deals this week. Very disappointed when they did not have stock of one of the flyer items, overcharged for three items & they wanted me to wait back in a long line to get the price corrections. They entice you with there low prices just to have you come & rip you off. Whatever happened to old-fashioned good customer service. All these big grocery stores care about is lining the pockets of the top executives & the share-holders. Snakes!

Every time we buy meat from here, it spoils within 2-3 days. Other grocery stores' meat stays fresher for longer. It must be a cold storage issue or a supplier issue.

No Frills is the 3rd retail chain store I'm visiting in Canada. So far, my highest single purchase was made here too. They have a lot of farm fresh produce, and most of their products are fairly priced. This one stop store offers a lot of variety from fresh food items to packed and tinned food. Also personal and home care items. Food and other items for babies are not left out too.Paying and checking out was quite quick too.

It is not as inexpensive as it should be being a no frills". Also produce doesn't last as long. My bag of lemons must have already been on the verge of mold because I went to use one the very next day and they were moldy.No Frills is also no thrills because it is pretty basic.It is wheelchair accessible however the check out lanes are very tight to get through.Some cashiers are very friendly and helpful

Yesterday before 7 pm, one of the cashiers told a customer that she is closing while the customer’s stuff was on the checkout rail! The customer who could barely speak English was told to get all the stuff off from the rail! the employee could simply finish the customer’s stuff and then close the till. Or she could at least tell the customer not to put the merchandise beforehand. I saw how inconvenient was this for the customer but she couldn’t tell anything. I hope this manner won’t happen again to nobody.

I resent your “members only” prices. I have shopped at this No Frills location ever since it opened. I’ve been a faithful customer all those years. And now I’m being punished because I refuse to become “a member”. I know what you want. You want to collect my information re every purchase I make. I want my information to be kept private, so you punish me by making me pay more. I am going to look for another place to shop.

I bought a spinach/cheese cannolini as a quick meal option today. I check the dates on everything before I even place it on my cart. The expiry date on this one said April 12. To my suprise when I opened it to cook it today there were spots of mould all over the cannolini. I posted pics as proof. I also find the self checkout having to ask for bags is a pain in the rear end. Totally inconveinient. If the employee at self checkout is busy your out of luck. This store has gone downhill alot.

We have been shopping at no frills for 18 years. The quality of vegetables and fruits have become horrific. I will rather pay more so that we discard less. I have been shopping a few times at Walmart and find that they are only slightly better.

I think we know what NoFrills are like. You might assume alot of product dumped in packed bins and maybe difficult to move around. Well thats the furthest from the truth here. It must have been the pandemic that smartened them! No one wants to go into a crowded store and have difficulty getting around product no matter people. The lanes are clear and clean and there is still plenty of product. Only have issue with the dollar to get a buggy. It doesn't say accessible to all, but could be better for recovery of the buggies with less theft. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
