Jeff's was absolutely wonderful to work with. He met with me in my retirement condo to test my hearing and then get me set up with new hearing aids. He came back multiple times to ensure that everything was working as it should and that I was completely satisfied. Most of all, it is his genuine passion for what he does and his consistent patience that has impressed me the most.

My 94 year old mother was stuck in the hospital when one of her hearing aids stopped working, Jeff came to rescue during Covid restrictions and was able to correct the problem and she was able to hear her doctors and nurses properly. One big problem solved, yeah. She wanted me to let Jeff know how much she really appreciated him coming to the hospital and fixing the hearing aids. She couldn't stop saying how nice Jeff was for going above and beyond. I want to thank Jeff as well. That was indeed a load off her mind being able to hear again and concentrate on getting well. Thanks.

Jeff provided a very Professional Service. He met with my 101 year old Mother in the retirement home. Jeff adjusted and tested Mother's new hearing aids to ensure they worked properly. Jeff has visited multiple times to ensure the hearing aids were working well and Mother was completely satisfied. However, the important aspects of Jeff's service is his passion for a quality product, patience with his client and knowledge of how to help.
