We ordered our flooring from Dom at Avenue Flooring and it is one of our favourite features in our new build home. Dom took extra time on multiple occasions to walk us through the store, and go over all the different options to help us choose our floor. The show room is clean and organized, and there are a ton of different options to choose from. Dom ordered the materials in a timely fashion to ensure that we would have enough of it and on schedule for when our installer would need it. As a Contractor, there’s nothing I value more than, Reliability and Integrity. When my Tile installer left me high and dry, I called Avenue Flooring, Domenic was excellent to deal with and had Ray and Chris come out the next day, Good Friday, and did the job! This kept me in good standing with my Customer. The quality of the job was “Top Notch” and both Ray and Chris were excellent to deal with.I install a lot of Fireplaces at Mt Hope Heating and Cooling and was always looking for a Quality, Reliable Tile installer, I found that at Avenue Flooring. Domenic always takes the time to help you with hard decisions. He is patient and never pushy when i had trouble making decisions he always gave me good advice. His brother and Chris are effecient and friendly and do a great job. We found this store by coincidence but quickly found the right floors for us so we decided to order. Dom was a pleasure to work with! Dom was very patient, professional, knowledgeable and called us whenever we had questions. He was accommodating and gave honest opinions. The installation was done in 2.5 days. We had some challenging areas in the basement and stairs, but the installer took his time to do it properly and professionally. We were very pleased with the customer service and our new vinyl floors look amazing!! Thank you so much.

We were referred to Avenue Flooring by our contractor for the selection and quality of the products, and we were not disappointed! Domenic was very helpful and accommodating right from the get go. He allowed us to take home several samples for a week (since we are from out of town) and was very helpful when we ordered and with the delivery.
