Great service! Samir took great care of our entire groomsmen group. He was very understanding of any changes we wanted and had a very professional and fun atmosphere!

The owner talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk. I would give this 0 stars if I could.Where to start… this suit was bought as part of a wedding party. The groomsmen had negotiated the price because he was going to buy multiple suits and when the groomsmen came to purchase the suits, he charged them all 100$ over the negotiatiated price which was supposed to be “custom made”: it was not custom made. When we came for the fitting we spent about an hour and a half for a simple fitting that we paid extra for when we purchased the suit. Everytime we would tell him to fix something as simple as a button or ill fitting pockets we would receive a whole speach from the owner about how his whole family was in the business for decades and blablabla. When we left he took the time to handshake everyone exept for me, who told him what was wrong with the suits (ok sir, please put your ego aside, you’re not the only one that knows about couture - unless you refuse to acknowledge me because im a women? Either way, not professional)When we picked up the suit we were given the wrong suit. When we finally found it and tried it on at home, no ajustments from what we had asked were made even though we had paid for those adjustments to be made. Now i need to find another seamstress to actually adjust the suit that looks extremely ill fitting and is very big on my husband - mind you, he owns multiple suits and never had a suit look so bad on him. Make yourself a favor and go to Moores: you’ll get a better fitting suit over there without the waste of time and energy that was this experience at karanta. For a family business that - supposedly has year of experience in the business- we didn’t see those years of experience in the work that was given to us. Very unprofessional, we are not satisfied at all. Go somewhere else.

I walked in was taken cared of almost immediately. Within 15 minutes, I had tried a few outfits, found the right size and alterations were made. I was offered coffee as I wanted. Truly exemplary service.

Incredible service! Came looking for a suit for prom, spent an amazing time talking with Samar who is a very good seller and friendly man. Also good to learn about the history of his family, it was very interesting. Definitely coming back for further suit buys!! They do everything here its great!
