Employees need to socialize with themselves and customers on their own time when others are not waiting. Their business was done and proceeded to talk about moving and other stuff for another 15min while I waited to make a purchase.... Ended up just leaving. Common problem at this location

The staff at this pawn shop set it apart from others in Edmonton. Jason and his team provide outstanding customer service. I’ve spent hours looking for the perfect TV and their patience is out of this world. I highly recommend checking this location out.

I had to pawn my ps5, and some other things, to help cover moving costs. Jason & his team took such good care of me and my items. 10/10 will only ever go to this location. The prices were fair and the staff was amazing

Love this place they always seem to be an a polite mood and funny also! They seem to have great deals and such and they do reasonable pricing ! Love all the staff thanks ❤️

Went there to sell a chain, was “greeted” by a dark haired woman working she was impolite from the start. Told her i was looking to sell and chain and she asked me whether i wanted it priced or to sell. I confirmed i would like to sell the chain and before i even brought it out she said she wouldn't offer more than $5 and said it was worth nothing, She never looked at my chain. It remained in the bag. Overall very rude woman and will not be recommending this shop to anyone and will not be back.

Everyone is so friendly and super helpful!!All of the items are fairly priced and in great working condition.10/10 would recommend especially if you’re looking for electronics on a budget!
