They did help me but l felt I was being attacked emotionally and let in tears I'm dealing with a manager who is bullying and harrasing me and I felt she was making excuses for him. As I told her. they need to have the needs of their clients ahead of other issues, I'm still really depressed about the whole thing

They called me back and helped me out a little, offered to get my AISH set up for me and sent me phone numbers and applications for different things you can apply for when disabled. I kind of thought I would get a little more help.

These people are the ones to see if you have a disability and need to get forms or fill them out. They will actually fill out the forms with you and advocate for you. Not many people are aware how much this means to someone who does not know what forms to fill out or what direction to start with even. And they do great deal of work with great staff.
