if there was a why i would give zore score.never openno customer service over the phonenever deiling with peoplehugh raise of 30%work form home to steal are sin numberswe pay ther salairyno accountablitywhy do all canadian deal with them we are there boss in the end we pay ther salairy. but yet we get nothing from it.Had cra owe me money one year. they said i didnt own me anything. 2 year later i told them i owed the money to get audit that how i got my money backmy partner was agreeing with them about how march comes before april. got a bill said be due in march and was sent out in april. lol no idea on that onethey should be desolved and should look into making a new way of dealing with are taxes. that works for us not an instution that think they are always right.

The wait period of +2 hours is absolutely disgusting. Just can’t believe they don’t have enough people to help like seriously guys. People calling you to get help is no JOKE. HIRE MORE AGENTS.

These lazy useless PUBLIC SERVANTS" Ha. I just got told that my wait time is 2 hours! They had the nerve to go on strike and demand benefits and amounts they certainly don't deserve. Most of them cannot even speak english and I believe a lot of them are working from India

There are of course some good people who are effective workers but overall CRA is a total disaster. Just about zero is coordinated between their various sub agencies. Expect a 1 -2 hour wait when you call for service... because the online system is set-up so poorly that basic transactions are difficult. Oh, and get this... because the many of the workers are working (maybe) at home, at public, expense off cell phones, paid for by the public... you are told that there is a security risk which you accept if you continue with the call. Truly, bizarre.

Incompetent. We've tried 4 times to unlock my father's account. Never been successful. Hours of our time wasted. Local office has been temporarily" closed for what seems like years. Infuriating"

Spoke to Lisa at CRA after calling 1-800 and appropriate direction she told me she would transfer me to someone else regarding my assessment notice well the call was dropped so I called back and got through but the person who picked up ended the call before any communication at either end. So I don’t have an answer because Lisa wouldn’t or couldn’t help and no one else apparently wants to help on the 1-800 line.

For a Government Agency with 0 Accountability right now CRA is a Absolute Joke. Need to change name so I can file taxes... please mail your marriage certificate to us. (They want the original) No I am not mailing you that. Cant go to their office its been closed for 2 years now. 0 modern methods for submitting documents. What a joke.

Yes, he got his family working, after all, at the CRA in the same team because who cares about breach of conflict of interest all while stalking and breaching privacy of others? Sean Parris and his heirs must be thrown out of the CRA.
