After contacting the business prior to purchasing a Groupon deal, I booked an appointment for a three hour cleaning more than a month in advance. The owner was responsive upon booking and confirmed my appointment three days prior. I was told it would be a 9am arrival time since I was the first appointment of the day.At 9:10 no one was here so I called- no answer and full voicemail.I saw an email from Sarah sent at 9:10 saying she couldn’t open the email with my contact info/address- so I replied immediately and tried calling, texting. Again no answer.She finally answered at 9:20 and said there was a 1 hour window of arrival time and that they’d be here in 25 minutes. At 10:06 I got a text message saying the GPS said she was 10 minutes out. From there I never heard anything else. I even asked for them to just tell me if they weren’t going to show up so I could adjust my day accordingly… nothing.Absolutely awful customer service and communication. Would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT USE.

I purchased two Groupon vouchers for Must Dusters. I had an appointment scheduled and the cleaner never showed nor contacted me. I got a refund through Groupon. Very disappointed.

I tried to schedule a cleaning with them after pushing a Groupon, for over a month I waited for correspondence, we finally scheduled a day, or cleaner never came! I called and texted, later she resided with an understandable response, she rescheduled for that day & never showed. Believe it or not, I tried again & she has yet to respond to schedule a date.... moving on. :(

Don’t waste your time trying to schedule. Bought a Groupon, took a month to schedule and didn’t show up twice. The business should be removed from Groupon

If I could leave less than 1 star I would.I called Sarah, the business owner about a month ago, scheduled an appointment. I asked for a confirmation call prior to my appointment. The day before my scheduled house cleaning appointment, I did not hear from anyone, so I called Sarah twice. Both times I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I texted her and she did not respond to my text message.The day of the house cleaning, she was a NO CALL/NO SHOW. She could not even give me the courteousy of a cancellation call.She texted me the next day and kinda sort of apologized and said her infant son had been kidnapped" 10 days ago. I thought this was odd

It took me over a week just to get in contact with someone to make an appt. Finally someone reached out and I was able to make an appt only for no one to show on the date scheduled. Called and sent text messages for over a week with no call back or reply at all. Also service were paid for in advance (Groupon) I wasn’t able to get a refund but I did at least get credit for what I paid.I understand everyone has things going on in life but this is supposed to be a business No Calls No Shows are bad for business.

Good businesses are responsive to their customers, and perform the work required on time, and if they can't, let you know ahead of time and work with you to make it right. Must Dusters does none of that.I received a flyer in the mail offering a 2 for 1 move in/move out cleaning session, and despite poor reviews the letter said it was under new management so I thought I'd give them a try. It took me a couple tries to get a hold of them, as their phones are forwarded to other numbers. Eventually, I got set up and got an estimate, and set a date in stone.The week before, I contacted them to confirm the appointment and said I'd set up a keypad code for them to get in. I send that information to them in the morning before my noon appointment, and got no reply. At 2pm, I went to the house they were supposed to be cleaning - nobody was there. I called them to see what was going on, no answer. At 5:30, I went back to the house, and nobody had been there. This leaves me scrambling to find someone else at the same price point, lower amount of service, and delays everything by a week.The next day, I get a text at 6:30 in the morning with some story about how an emergency happened and someone else was told to get in touch with me and never did, but they know I need it done today and could be there in the morning. Sorry, but it seems you need new management again, because there's no way I'd let this company in my house ever.Do not use this company if you want the job done, they'll just no call/no show.
