Over The Rainbow

I am extremely frustrated with the return policy. ‘Final Sale’ should not apply to sale products purchased online. I purchased a pair of jeans in my usual size and they are far too big. I should have the chance to return these at such a high price (despite the discount). I try to limit my shopping to local boutiques but the return policies are making it very difficult. This will be the last time I shop here.

I ordered a pair of jeans that were on sale online twice in 9 days. Both orders were cancelled as we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order". Immediately after my second order was cancelled

Whoa!!This simply is an amazing shopping experience for jeans and all things casual.Store is very clean, organized and well staffed.Unique Ts with messages are fabulous findPrices vary but something for everyone.Friendly customer service.It's a must drop in.

Who ever is doing the buying of the store has no idea what they are doing. Brands that were maybe popular 10 years ago. If they had a buyer that knew what was trendy it would be a good store.

I visit this store frequently . Whether or not I purchase , I have never left the store feeling unattended . All staff are friendly and helpful . Congratulations to the owners .

A family-owned business that obviously places a lot of importance on customer service. I was overwhelmed by their vast selection of jeans, but Victor was very helpful narrowing down my options. I found the perfect-fitting pair—a Naked and Famous cut that's custom made just for this store. Thanks to Joel (the owner) and the friendly team for a great experience. Great service is still alive!

On the one hand I really like the clothes, and have spent a fair bit there. On the other hand there is something wrong with the vibe in that store. The staff are young, appear on edge, jump on you immediately, will tidy anything you touch seconds after you put it down, and act in a snooty/passive aggressive fashion, warning that you cant return clothes. Its just bizarre. Almost like there is an evil store manager watching them on a live feed, ready to berate anyone not taking down a customer. I love the style of what they bring in, but I'm sticking with Harry Rosen and Holt Renfrew, its about the same price and the staff their know how to facilitate a shopping experience without annoying you.

Really surprised to see any report of poor customer service in the reviews here. I was treated excellently by the owner and all the other staff in the store who were eager to help me find a good fit. They even went above and beyond to search thoroughly through the back room for the exact jeans I was looking for on sale, instead of pressuring me to buy the regular price stock on display. I don’t typically spend much on clothes but the sale prices are very reasonable and I’ll certainly be back.

Unfortunately, their jeans are out of my price range (they’ll set you back ~$260-$300).I still feel compelled to leave a review because the shop assistant (Sarah) was so helpful and honest, instantly finding me 4 suitable pairs of jeans after I told her what I was looking for. I would have loved to have bought all 4, but like I said the cost was too rich for me. The staff doesn’t work on commission, so they aren't aggressively trying to sell and they won’t be insincere (eg they won’t tell you the jeans look great when they’re actually unflattering). I wish the jeans did hit my price point because I’ve honestly never tried on such comfortable jeans in all my life! Plus, they did look great and flattered my body type. Alterations are free, which is a bonus for a shorty like me.

Extremely poor customer service, which explains why this family owned store has only one location that is constantly empty.My girlfriend came to the store today to browse around, as she has never been to this store before, despite living close by. During her entire visit at the store, she was constantly being watched over by the staff, and everything she touched, despite her placing them back to where she picked them up from, would be immediately organized/cleaned by the store staff as if she did not belong at the store or wasn't even supposed to touch anything that they had for sale. I understand that the store wants to keep an organized look for other customers, but my girlfriend was not causing a mess, hence the cleaning up could have been done after she has left the store. However, despite all that, she still purchased a candle and was met with the same stone cold customer service while she was at the cashier.I then called the store, explained the above situation to them politely, and gave additional respectful feedback on how they can improve their customer service, and was met with what I thought was a genuine and apologetic response, so I carried on with my day.However, I later received updates from my girlfriend as she has returned to the store to get a refund for the candle, due to the fact that she had found a better option at Indigo. The store staff has informed her that everything purchased at the store could not be refunded due to store policy, but this store policy was not mentioned to her at all during the initial purchase. After some respectful back and forth between my girlfriend and a bunch of the store staff behind the cashier counter (since for some reason such a small request demanded the attention of every staff member at the store), my girlfriend was reluctantly given the refund by the staff, but was met with the response that it's only a $50 dollar candle
