This is a premiere RV care facility. We have been dealing with Greg's and now Traveland for many years. Sheldon and Ross run a first rate facility. Although we are from Courtenay, we have stopped several times with emergent repairs. The response has always been immediate and professional. Recently we had some serious issues with our toilet and holding tank. Knowing we were on the road" Ross took us in immediately

Our heating and hot water system had failed.Traveland personnel were very helpful and managed to accommodate a campsite technician visit to coincide with the arrival of the replacement parts.Kevin was knowledgeable and personable: fixed our problem and left us with an operational system.Thank you.

From start to finish,our experience has been amazing. The management and staff are sincere, friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to ensure you understand everything you need to know about your unit and the RVexperience. We stopped in at Traveland RV last October to have a look around and fell in love with a 2022 GD Reflection 341RDS. Kevin from sales and Dave from finance helped us all the way and explained everything we needed to know.After delivery we ran into some smaller problems that the Traveland technician fixed in a timely manner. All in all a pleasant experience and we will be back to buy our next RV.

The staff have been fantastic. Sales, service, finance as well as our technician went over and above to ensure we knew every detail on the sale and service of the trailer.

Love the customer service and support at this location. They've been really good to us and helping us new RV'ers learn the ins and outs of our new RV. Once purchased, they made touchup repairs, installed a few extras we wanted to add, ordered new parts covered under warranty to fix at a later date when they arrive, gave us a tour to become familiar with our new motor home, and when we had more questions later on, they helped us through it. You just don't get that kind of customer service from anywhere else. I am so glad I went with my gut and ordered from these guys. Great location with awesome management, friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend them if you're looking to make a big purchase on an RV. They really care about their customers.
