Sunvalley Kids Montessori Acadia Campus

I had a really bad experience with this place. Just one month and my baby got sick twice, he hit his face with an object and, they said it was himself stretching because he had dry skin. My baby had a mark on his face and they lied me, they never recognized the true. The next day he was bitten and they did not notice it. The food is terrible, to much sugar for babies, they feed babies with a lot of cereal, can soup, food is not handmade. I asked several time apply diaper cream to my baby and they did not do it. I do not recommend at all this daycare.Also, if the daycare offers service fromn 7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m why if you arrive from 7:00 to 7:30 children are received for the lady kitchen? Is that person qualified to take care of babies?You definitely need to investigate more about your staff.

My son has been in the toddler room for a month now and has transitioned to daycare well.The director, Renu really took the time to to put my worries at ease and get to know me and my son. I appreciated the transition days and flexibility with getting my son started.I immediately noticed that Renu (and all the staff) knew all the kid’s names and the preschoolers would often come by her office on their way outside say hello and chat.The facility is clean, the staff friendly and the children always seem happy. I toured many daycares in the area and always felt they were a little loud and felt overwhelming - Sunvalley was the exception to this!Anytime I drop by the centre the kids are having fun, playing well together and are engaged. I love getting my daily updates and know my son is in great hands and most importantly happy.

so bad environment for my kids

I’m glad my daughter will not be attending this facility. We didn’t even make it for the first month and so many understanding and uncooperative employees. I’m only speaking about the administrative part of this business. It’s devastating to know that we didn’t make it to first day and I had to personally chase the registration representative. I also joined a copy of my void cheque and paid a deposit to secure my spot. She called me today to let me know that after her call at 10pm, I haven’t paid the I voice that I needed to discuss with her before making a payment « that they don’t have a spot for my kid who’s starting in few day August 1st to be more clear. » I’m happy my daughter won’t be taken care of by people who’s untrustworthy and irresponsible. Putting in such hard spot was so unprofessional and careless. You should hear the way she told me I had no more spot, no empathy while giving this bad new. I wish you take this seriously..a bit more seriously then email proofs.

We have our boy (15 months) going there for a month now. He used to be in another daycare of this area since he was 4 months old. The daycare price here is quite cheaper compared to the previous one and after few visits of this centre, we were convinced to give a shot. So far, we are happy of this move. The transition was super smooth and it's like nothing really changed in his life. The team there takes good care of our boy and one of the best part is that we receive several pictures and/or videos on a daily basis through the app! That's great! The most important is that our boy seems happy over there (when you see him running towards the teachers after just a few weeks of attendance ... it's generally a good sign). Keep up the good work AND the reasonable price. Thanks.

My grandson started attending here full time and loves his first experience with daycare. The teachers and director are always kind and welcoming and the 4 times I’ve visited all the children are happy and cared for. The facility is clean and everyone seems very engaged with putting the children first.

We have had a great experience with this facility.I have been taking my children here since it opened. The owner Max is almost always there and is very involved in making sure that the facility is well run and well staffed.I can't say enough good things about him. He truly cares about the kids. I highly recommend Sunvalley kids Academy. I trust them 100% and every child seems to be very happy there!

Highly recommended daycare!!

Just availed drop in care for a couple of days for my son and plan to switch full time for the fall. I dont see any place better than this center for my little one. He absolutely loves it here.
