the bark is not hard anymore...very soft, used to be the best.

I have tried many chocolates looking similar to Brook's, but none as decadent nor delicious. They have a delicate crunch with only a handful of perfectly blended ingredients. When you can sell only one product for over 30 years....need I say anymore?

I love this place! (Yes I grew up here and Brook is my mom, but that just makes me extra lucky.) Fabulous chocolate. I still eat too much of it even after all these years.

This is the best chocolate brittle I've ever had! I discovered Brook's Chocolates purely by accident a few years ago, and since then, I can’t stop ordering: I even visited a trade show to buy more and to meet Brook personally! I've tried other brittles and other chocolate treats, and none get even close to Brook's Chocolates. It just has the perfect balance of crunchy toffee and fine chocolate, with just the right amount of almonds. And it's not extra sweet, like most chocolate treats tend to be. This is one of the reasons it's so delicious, because you get to taste all the other ingredients. And the service is great too, Brook ships the orders immediately!
