Dr. Shahani was extremely nice and very helpful, his staff were nice, the clinic was very clean and organized, I recommend Dr. Shahani to anyone!

I was referred by my family doctor here. It took them over a year to give me an appointment. Today when I finally went to see doctor Shahani to discuss my results. I found myself with his assistant, I asked “where is the doctor” and she goes “he is not here and I will be discussing your results and everything is normal and if you have questions from the doctor let me know and I will ask and then let you know”. Are you guys serious?? If the doctor didn’t come and my results was normal, what was the need for me to waist my time and come in and just speak with the assistant?! They should of simply give me a phone call appointment. Anyways I can’t rate the doctor as I never saw him but his practice is operating by his name only and the staff and assistants are the ones who deal with patients. So unprofessional and inconvenience.

Receptionist and staff were friendly and efficient. Doctors was thorough a patient friendly. These people know how to make a visit patient stress free.

Another vote for horrible admin ruining a fantastic doctor. They never answer the phone and no one's ever seen a worse sour face in person. Just mumble their words without looking at you. I wish there was another place I could take my dad to see Dr Sowerby.

I cannot reschedule my appointment their phones are turned off except between the times of 12am-1pm when the office is on lunch then the phone rings with a message that u cannot leave a voicemail. Other than that if u call the number automotally disconnects and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office

After 2 phone calls confirming my appointment, there was no mentioning whatsoever that the doctor I was referred to, left for maternity leave 1 week prior to my appointment. Even with calling to remind me of my appointment one day prior, there was no mentions of this either. Having to see another doctor, defeats the purpose of my appointment. When walking into the appointment, the floors from the snow fall, left the office wet and slippery. Very dangerous for seniors who happen to be the majority of patients waiting. No carpeting to absorb the moisture on the floors. Reception, upon checking in, is wearing a mask of course, and is speaking louder because of this. Proceeds to ask questions out loud such as “are you able to provide a urine sample? Is your bladder full? Is your phone number XYZ, is your address still XYZ. There is no patient confidentiality when the whole waiting room is listening. A radio for background noise would significantly help with this!

After 2 weeks , finally got through to this office and no appointment for another 6 months. The way secretary answered its like I am calling and bothering her , she said maybe you referral on the fax machine and I know my dr faxed 2 weeks ago. Terrible service

What an amazing experience that I had here! I had been scared by bad reviews about the staff, but they treated me with care and attention that was shocking! Love it! From Dr. Ryan Fitzpatrick to Daisy at the reception they were all nice and caring. Thanks to you all.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars, I would. I do not understand the administrative team?? They confirmed our appointment and then when I called the day of to confirm the time, they said there's no appointment for you today and then they gave me an appointment the following day. I waited the next day for a call from the doctor's office and did not receive a call. Called the clinic and they said Dr is not in today as he was too busy. I asked why was I not notified that my appointment is now cancelled and I'm only being notified because I called!They then reschedule me a THIRD time in 2 days. This time it's in person...UPDATE: just came back from the in person appt. They did not have the results which I confirmed with the receptionist if they have. Apparently they are behind in their faxes.... Wasted my time, what a useless appointment.
