I have worked with this entire team for over a decade now. You don't buy Hotsy for the red paint, the pumps, or the trailer/truck systems. You buy it for the people standing behind those products. Hotsy Water Blast
Took our flush vehicle in for routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Truck came back with boiler leaking diesel out of burner as didn't ignite and did not catch on inspection. Returned truck and charged an additional amount on what should've been caught on inspection, then found vehicle decals and wrap melted on side when they were washing another vehicle outside next to ours. Refuse to make repairs. Take pictures of your vehicles and equipment with managers before you leave it with them.
