Bonny's Taxi Ltd

Yesterday I was picked up at the airport by Bonny`s taxi driver. Upon getting into the apartment I found out that I happened to forget my back-pack in the car. I contacted the Bonny`s dispatcher Sunny and he helped me out to track the car and contact the driver. The driver turned out to find my backpack himself and offered to bring it to my place. I want to appreciate the dispatcher Sunny for his effort and say a special thank you to the taxi driver Harbimal Sohal (Car # 31) for his honesty, responsibility and respect to his passengers.

Last night I scheduled a pick-up for this morning, and they never showed up. When I called to ask for an update, they had no record in the system of my scheduled ride. I'm heading to the airport so the timing is of great convenience. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

AVOID getting into these cabs! Cab 87 is a scam. On Tuesday night, I got a Bonny’s cab from the Vancouver airport. The driver for Cab #87 demanded I pay cash upfront, asked me how much I had on me which is none of his business. When I declined, he told me it was $40 flat fee and immediately handed me the machine to pay it before driving. When I refused and told him I I’d pay when we arrived at my hotel, he became extremely aggressive and rude. He blasted his music so loud during the entire ride and would ask inappropriate questions. I wonder how many people he has scammed with this from the airport demanding cash upfront or a false/higher flat fee. If a Bonny’s cab comes your way, run the other way.

Driver was rude. We had a paid voucher with hotel name but no address. He wanted to know the address, while I was looking it up, he said I'll just drop you off at any Fairmount hotel theres too many. He'll no you won't!!! Gave him the address and off we went. He drove so fast and harsh, unfriendly and took off b4 the bellhop got the luggage to the curb. I'm wondering if we were a paid by meter occupant would have driven that way.

I am very disturbed and upset with the services I’ve been given tonight by Bonny’s taxi, I have been using their taxis for years since I moved here and tonight is the first time not only did they swear at me, but they did not take my complaint seriously. It is 3 am and they did not tell me when I called a taxi that it would be upfront pay and my bf and me were trying to explain whichever way their most comfortable is fine but he left his wallet at my home and I’d be bringing it out to them once they arrived but instead of taking a chance and missing out on 10$ they left a teen stranded at 3 am their not a company to count on that’s a for sure. And they’re DEFINITELY not the kind to their costumers nor compassionate.

I have used Bonny's taxi service many times coming home from YVR over the years. I only look at the taxi company when I have a bad experience, but Bonny seems to make this list more often than not. Today the driver didn't come out to help with my 3 piece luggage after I asked him to charge the base rate 10% more as a tip, and yet he still left the tipping screen for me to select.Basic courtesies and customer service skills can go so much further for these taxi companies...

Very upset with this service. It should not take 45+ minutes to wait for a taxi or a Wednesday afternoon. I requested a taxi van... waited 15 mins and then called back asking where it was they told me it was 1 min away. 7 mins later no vehicle, I called back and they said it was going to be another 15 minutes as they were figuring it out". I was waiting with lots of groceries and my toddler for so long

Was in a HUGE HURRY to get from Burnaby to Vancouver airport; I was gonna take transit but didn't want to risk missing my flight. I was able to get a cab right away AND he made sure to take a path that was the fastest and had the least traffic so I could make it in time. Thank you so much to Bonny's Taxi and to the driver of cab #173. Life savers for sure!

The driver checking flight tickets while driving. Meter running before picked up. Driver wants to sell his class 1 license to someone i know.Paid driver and called management. They said okay will talk to driver thanks. Very ungrateful . I want my refund back. Very unsafe and unprofessional. Will send to media and icbc.

UNSAFE! UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER I wish there was no star option in Google review. My family and I Took the cab PK6072 from the airport domestic departure on April 23rd 10:30 pm. Asked the driver about the rates to downtown and asked a feollow up question he started swearing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. My brother and senior parents and i had to ask him to stop the car and let us leave the cab at not even 50 meter from the departure door. No deserves to pay for a service where they get swears at. Highly unpleasant and unprofessional service provided. No wonder you are rated 2.3 on google. From now on it will be my goal to keep my friends and family away from this unsafe service!!!
