First time coming here and never again. I asked for acrylic full set and she decided to do shellac by herself without asking me, telling me the price is $45. However, I asked for acrylic ($35) and did not mention shellac it's a basic rule if you don't say acrylic with shellac" it means no shellac then she kept going on saying "no one gets regular polish". But that's not her choice. I had to pay an extra $10 for shellac because she put it on me when I never asked for it and to be honest they should have removed that $10 fee because I never asked for that.Second of all

They are so bad with doing nails and the employees sooo rude no respect I pay around 80$ for pedicure and manicure for my toe and finger not even 4 days it’s stat to coming off when I went back they fixed it and they said I have to pay again they are very very rude

Never coming back here! shelac French white tip nail style for my hands and feet when I had to pay he said it is a total of $90 not problem. I did not have cash on me so I had to pay with my debit card when I saw the total it was $101 with some cents. They actually charged me for using the damn debit card terminal ridiculous.

I have gone here a few times now and they always do a fantastic job on both manicure and pedicure and are so kind and courteous! Especially the man that’s always there and I believe the lady’s name is Cindy. This is the only nail salon I’ll go to in Hamilton.

Cindy is the best! Excellent technician and Cindy is very talented at everything she does! Her pedicures are outstanding and better than any pedicures I’ve received in any of the high end salons in Toronto I’ve visited. Cindy waxes my eyebrows to perfection. Manicures always outstanding. Very friendly staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Walked in for a fresh fill and shellac pedicure on the fly. They took me right away and were very courteous and paid close attention to what I wanted. I asked for my nails on the thinner side, she did exactly that, and they have lasted me two weeks without chipping! My shellac pedicure still looks as fresh as the day I got it. Going back for a fill today. I'm very pleased and will continue to go here.
