I and my parents have been going here for a long time. They are very professional and courteous. They treat you like family and they always do thier best to get you in quick when emergency repairs are needed to get you back on the road. I recommend this auto place to any one as I feel they are the best shop around hands down. Thank you for always looking after our vehicles.

Amazing customer service. They were able to get me in the same day, told me how long it could take, and right on time, I was back to pick my SUV up.The shop is clean, super professional, and you can't beat the price.So appreciative of having something close by that I can depend on for any of my car needs since we aren't close to a city.

These guys have always been great to me. They came highly recommended from a co-worker and I can see why. They replaced the vacuum pump in my F150 and called me a few weeks later to tell me that Ford issued an extended warranty on the parts and labour for it. They emailed me a copy of my bill and I took it in to Ford and got a refund. They really went above and beyond (I wouldn't have known otherwise) and their prices are always reasonable. Nothing but good things to say!

This shop in Craighurst is amazing! We took our Pilot in for safety issue that was overlooked at our regular Honda maintenance visits. The team was able to fix it in time for our road trip the next afternoon. Trustworthy and thoughtful service.

I haven't had good luck with mechanics in the area, but I have to say that I now go out of my way (I live in Barrie) to take my car to this shop. I've found them always to be honest and fair, and I've never once felt like they were taking advantage of my ignorance, which has happened in the past with other shops. Great guys, quick turnaround and trustworthy advice.

Honest mechanics are hard to find, so I was incredibly happy to find this place. I will be recommending this business to everyone! These guys did a thorough job on my car, and didn't charge an arm and a leg, or add any unnecessary parts or services. I will definitely be a future customer, and will be telling everyone I know to come here. It's really such a relief to have a mechanic I can trust. Thanks again guys

We take all of our family cars to Craighurst Autopro, and fully trust any work they say needs to be done, and the pricing they quote. We do all of our oil and tire changes there as well and it's so great to go somewhere close to home. Highly recommend.
