RV Parts Online Canada

Ordered 4 parts all were shown in stock on the website. 2 parts were discontinued and no longer available. They replied to emails and said they would issue a refund on paypal. 10 days later Had to open a dispute on paypal in order to get money refunded.

Ordered a propane regulator. My credit card was charged. That was a month ago. They will not answer my emails as this is the only way to contact them. I defiantly will not do business with them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with… unresponsive to emails until I had to put a claim in with my visa/PayPal, now they are emailing me threatening me for fraud because i had done so? Looking at other reviews it’s a common issue with this company… totally unprofessional!

This may be premature but given the lack of communication they deserve this now. I wish I had read previous reviews before ordering. I ordered 4 hinge parts for a freezer door on August 30th. On September 13th I emailed asking about the order. They responded immediately saying they would look into it and 2 days later responded saying that one of the four parts was delayed but they would get back to me with an eta. That was the last communication. I've send about 3 other emails since then with no response. Today is October 11th. This week I'm going to my cc company for a application for a refund due to non receipt of goods. This involves the RCMP now.Hind sight, they have no contact phone number or address....I would avoid them and I certainly won't do business with them again after this transaction is resolved which I expect will just be a refund by my cc company and an online fraud investigation by the RCMP.

I ordered an RV fridge vent from this company. The website clearly listed the part number. After several weeks, the company sent an RV fridge vent, which was a completely different part number. After a few emails with the company, and sending photos to the company email address, they have not offered me a refund or an opportunity to receive the correct part number. They charged my credit card, but didn't send me the right part, and now my emails are not responded to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
