UPDATE May 26 2022:Bow Valley plumbing was very reactive and contacted me quickly to sort out the situation.The hole in the wall is now fixed (see picture).The person who came really tried to fix the issue with the noise.Because of the warmer temperature we haven’t been turning it on much but when we did, I noticed that some noise was still happening, it moved again and still happen in the bedroom and in the living room but I feel like it’s not as loud as it used to be in the bedroom.I guess we will know more next fall when we turn the heater back on.Thank you Bow valley plumbing for fixing the wall and trying to fix the noise.I contacted Bow Valley 24/7 plumbing and heating because my baseboard heating system was very noisy in our 2nd bedroom. Before contacting them I checked the reviews on google to make sure I was contacting someone serious.The first time, the person who tried to fix it really put in the effort, not knowing if it will fix it. At the end, I noticed a hole in the wall of the 2nd bedroom. I was told that they would send someone to fix it.The noise didn't stop and worse it moved to our main bedroom.When I contacted the company to tell them that the noise was still there and that we had a hole in our wall, I was told that someone would come to inspect the noise (free of charge) and they will also check the hole in the wall.Someone came, this time he tried again to fix the noise by removing the air in the pipes.When he was about to leave, I asked about the wall and he said that we should contact our building maintenance.When I mentioned that now the noise(loud enough that it wakes us up during the night)was in the main bedroom and that it was not before, the person seemed defeated and just didn't know what to say.To be sure that I didn't misunderstand what the plumber told me, I contacted them again about the hole and I was told that it was on me to contact someone to fix it.In the end, I am out $300, I have a hole in my wall that I have to pay for to get fixed AND the noise is worse than before.To sum up, I don't recommend this company.

Outstanding work by Olivier and his team who installed a new Napolean furnace and helped with a water heater repair. Techncally proficient and knowledgeable in completing all aspects of the work, leaving the equipment area in better condition than before starting with improved routing for lines and pipes. Prompt, timely, clean and tidy work. Highly recommend this company!

Had the sink at our house fall completely our of it's fittings. Scott had our sink fixed in under an hour on the same day we called him. He also unclogged the drain for us without even needing to ask. Stellar work at an extremally affordable rate.

Our Nest thermostat informed us that our furnace briefly stopped heating our home 55 times in a 2 week span. Gave a call to Bow Valley 24/7 and met with Olivier to inspect the furnace. After the inspection, he pointed out that the heat exchanger was not operating efficiently and could stop working all together. He showed me photos of the heat exchanger and spent the time to explain the situation and our options. Given the upcoming cold snap, it definitely was concerning to make sure the furnace was running properly.Not only did he immediately replace the furnace for us, but he took care of a few other issues we were having and made sure the furnace room was left tidy. We were able to leave him to get the job done. Olivier was excellent at communicating his timeline and sent photos to show the completed job.Thank you for your quick and professional service. I highly recommend them for any furnace, plumbing, HVAC needs. Much appreciated.

We had the most amazing service from 24/7 and especially Olivier. He pulled out all the stops to replace a broken furnace quickly, and then dealt with a plumbing issue at very short notice. I would highly recommend using this company.

Bow Valley 24/7 replaced our furnace and hot water heater this fall and just completed a Poly B plumbing replacement in our condo. The service was excellent - very timely and responsive. I was nervous about the Poly B replacement as it seemed like an overwhelming job but Scott was very reassuring and the work was completed in a week as promised and right on budget. They also organized the drywall repair and painting which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company.

I called them at about 2:30pm to tell them that my last Airbnb guest had clogged the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. They promptly arrived and were done at about 4:30pm. They left the place nice and clean, just in time for the guests to checkin. I've added them to my speed dial list. I will definitely hire them again.

We had a new boiler installed in our unit 4hrs drive from where we live and Bow Valley 24/7 Plumbing is very professional to give us update of their works. Sending us photos to update of the work they are doing while we are not there gave us the chance to be part of this job.
