We are very happy we hired Gracework Construction. James is a very reliable, laid back, and confident contractor. We hired James and his crew to demo and re-build our entire main living area and kitchen. We are pleased with the end result--definitely quality work! What I think is important to mention is James is flexible. He was flexible in working within our budget, flexible with scheduling, and flexible with last minute changes. James never kept us in the dark and tried his best to communicate promptly throughout the entire project. Thanks Gracework! We would use you again for sure.

We hired GWC to add a sound proof closet for our sump pump and to redo our basement flooring, trim and paint. They did a great job and were always on time and budget. Our basement looks more like a main floor now and have been spending a lot more time down there. I would have them back for our next reno.

James is a smooth talking thief!. Works still not done. The shady workers spent more time drinking coffee and smoking than doing the job! I don't think they have a clue how to do the job. Now there MIA and fully paid. Scammers!!

This guy James is the biggest con artists. It cost$80000 for them to destroy the house and they left it in shambles.The work they did complete had to be redone. BEWARE! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!
